Abstract

Compared to traditional-based advertising, innovations in digital advertising techniques by e-commerce players have now attracted repurchase interest from various generations, including millennials. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the influence of Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers on repurchase interest, mediated by purchase decisions. Using purposive sampling, this study involved 300 millennial respondents who are Shopee “COD Cek Dulu” consumers and employed a quantitative approach based on data analysis through Smart PLS. The results revealed that Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers significantly positively affect purchase decisions. Moreover, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on repurchase interest and were found to mediate the relationship between Shopee "COD Cek Dulu" advertising and celebrity endorsers with millennials' repurchase interest. However, while celebrity endorsers showed a significant positive effect on repurchase interest, advertising had an insignificant effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan keuangan digital bagi pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah) di sektor makanan dan minuman di Sentra Industri Pangan Banyubiru, Kabupaten Semarang. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui serangkaian kegiatan terstruktur, meliputi identifikasi dan penilaian awal, pelatihan dan lokakarya, pendampingan dan implementasi, monitoring dan evaluasi, serta penyuluhan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pelaku UMKM yang mengikuti program ini merasa lebih percaya diri dalam menggunakan sistem pencatatan keuangan digital. Penerapan teknologi ini tidak hanya membantu mereka dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih akurat, tetapi juga memberikan akses yang lebih baik terhadap informasi keuangan yang penting untuk pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian, penggunaan pencatatan keuangan digital terbukti meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan mereka. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi dan dukungan teknis. Meskipun banyak pelaku UMKM yang telah berhasil menerapkan sistem digital, beberapa masih mengalami kesulitan untuk beradaptasi. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk terus memberikan dukungan dan pelatihan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan semua pelaku UMKM dapat memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and compensation on employee productivity, with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable among employees of Hari Hari Supermarket, Fatmawati branch. The research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach involving a sample of 100 employees. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart PLS) method. The findings reveal that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Similarly, compensation exerts a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. The results also indicate that the work environment has a positive impact on productivity, while compensation positively and significantly affects productivity as well. Furthermore, job satisfaction is found to have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The mediation analysis demonstrates that job satisfaction mediates the relationship between the work environment and productivity, as well as between compensation and productivity. These findings highlight that a conducive work environment and fair compensation system are essential to enhancing job satisfaction and, consequently, improving productivity among retail employees. The study contributes to human resource management literature by emphasizing the strategic role of job satisfaction as a key mediating factor linking workplace conditions and compensation to productivity outcomes. It also provides practical insights for retail managers to design effective human resource policies that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and long-term performance

Abstract

This study examines the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI) on domestic investment flows in Indonesia using a qualitative research approach. By employing a literature review and library research method, this paper synthesizes existing studies to understand how human development indicators—such as education, health, and income—affect investment decisions within the country. The findings suggest that regions with a higher HDI tend to attract more domestic investment due to better infrastructure, a more skilled workforce, and improved economic stability. Conversely, areas with lower HDI scores often struggle to secure substantial investment due to inadequate human capital and limited access to resources. Furthermore, this study highlights the role of government policies in bridging the development gap, emphasizing the importance of targeted investments in education and healthcare to foster sustainable economic growth. The analysis also considers the potential challenges faced by investors in different regions of Indonesia, including regulatory constraints, market uncertainties, and socio-economic disparities. By drawing insights from various academic sources, this research contributes to the broader discourse on the relationship between human development and economic activity, particularly in emerging economies. The study concludes that a strong HDI serves as a crucial determinant for enhancing domestic investment flows, thereby reinforcing the need for continuous improvements in human capital development. Future research should explore empirical data to further validate these qualitative findings and provide more policy-oriented recommendations.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan adalah serangkaian proses kegiatan untuk memperkuat dan/atau mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan orang-orang yang memiliki masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana memberdayakan usaha kecil dan menengah dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal masyarakat di Kecamatan Jambu, Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah sesuai dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan menurut Bogdan dan Biklen 1982. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan dapat meningkatkan tingkat ekonomi UMKM di Kecamatan Jambu, Kabupaten Semarang. Program pemberdayaan yang benar-benar terarah akan diberikan langsung kepada UMKM yang membutuhkan dan yang layak diberdayakan agar dapat mengembangkan usaha mereka menjadi usaha yang lebih besar dan lebih baik.
