Abstract

Pemberian zat besi pada ibu hamil merupakan salah satu syarat pelayanan kesehatan K4. Cakupan pemberian Fe pada ibu hamil di wilayah Polindes Mesah adalah sebesar 87,1 %, cakupan ini belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan (95%). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil yang diberikan tablet besi dengan dan tanpa vitamin C. Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimental dengan desain pre test post test control group design. Yang dilakukan dari Maret-Juli 2017.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil normal trimester II. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang ibu hamil trimester II yang diberikan tablet besi dengan vitamin C dan 10 orang trimester II diberikan tablet besi tanpa vitamin C. Yang dipilih dengan teknikpurposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan mengukur kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah diberi intervensi. Analisa data menggunakan uji T-Test Independen.Hasil penelitiandidapatkan kadar Hb ibu hamil sebelum diberikan tablet besi 10.62 gr%, setelah diberikan tablet besi 10.58 gr%, sedangkan sebelum diberikan tablet besi dan vitamin C 10.33gr%, setelah diberikan tablet besi dan vitamin C 11,99 gr%. Terdapat perbedaan yangsignifikan kadar Hb antara ibu hamil yang diberikan tablet besi dengan dan tanpa vitamin C (P=0,000). Disarankan kepada Puskesmas Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan untuk menerapkan penggunaan teblet besi dengan dan tanpa vitamin C sebagai antisipasi anemia pada ibu hamil, karena sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the achievement of students' creative thinking skills, to determine the level of students' creative thinking skills, and to obtain an overview of the level of students' creative thinking skills, which consists of four aspects, namely: 1) Fluency Thinking (smooth thinking), 2) Flexibility Thinking (flexible thinking), 3) Original thinking, and 4) Elaborative thinking. The module was developed using the 4D model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research conducted was a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects selected for this study were 20 students in class VIII 1 at MTsN Subang Anak. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire compiled based on indicators of creative thinking skills and consisting of 13 questions. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis presented in graph form. Based on the results of data analysis, the level of creative thinking ability of students in science learning at MTsN Subang Anak was found to be 52.56% on average, where 54.00% of students were able to think fluently (fluency thinking), 50.00% of students were able to think flexibly (flexibility thinking), 55.00% of students were able to think originally (original thinking), and 51.25% of students were able to think in detail (elaboration). These results indicate that the creative thinking skills of students in science lessons at MTsN Subang Anak, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency, are in the moderate category.
