Abstract

Reading is a process carried out by students in understanding the content in reading books so that students know things that will be explained by educators from reading books. The factors that hinder students' learning to read are internal factors which include lack of student motivation, lack of student interest in reading, students have difficulty putting words together into sentences, students often do not attend school. Meanwhile, the external factors are lack of support and motivation by father and mother, lack of interaction, no facilities provided for students studying at home, and no direct guidance from parents because the mother is a migrant worker so the child lives with the father and foster parents. which makes children careless and undirected. This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting students' learning to read, teacher strategies, and parenting patterns among TKW parents at SDN Inpres 1 Simpasai. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, field notes with teachers, students and parents as informants. The data analysis technique uses instrument extension, peer discussion, checking the validity of the data, then drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Maraknya pelecehan seksual yang terjadi pada anak-anak menjadi salah satu bentuk kekerasan memiliki dampak serius pada perkembangan fisik, emosional, dan sosial pada anak. Kasus pelecehan seksual pada anak terus mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya, baik yang mencakup tindakan verbal maupun non verbal. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi masalah ini yaitu melalui pendekatan psikoedukasi yang diterapkan sebagai basis sekolah ramah anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pola bimbingan penyuluhan pendidikan seksual melalui pendekatan psikoedukasi pada siswa kelas IV MI Al Ma’had An Nur Yogyakarta sebagai basis sekolah ramah anak. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pendekatan psikoedukasi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya pendidikan seksual. Penerapan penyuluhan psikoedukasi mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif dalam meningkatkan rasa aman dan nyaman siswa untuk mendiskusikan terkait topik pendidikan seksual. Penelitian ini menegaskan terkait pentingnya penyuluhan pendekatan psikoedukasi dalam membangun sekolah ramah anak yang berfokus pada kebutuhan dan kesejahteraan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application, its advantages and disadvantages, and possible solutions for using information and communication technology-based learning media in the independent curriculum of elementary schools. The research is qualitative, using phenomenological analysis. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study revealed that 1) the independent curriculum has been implemented, but differentiated learning has not yet been fully realized. Teachers lack technology skills and still rely on the lecture method. 2) The advantage of the application is that it allows teachers to assign material for students to study independently, but the drawback is that some teachers and students struggle with operating the required technology, reducing effective learning time. 3) Solutions to this challenge include teacher training, seeking additional materials online, using game-based learning media, and encouraging students to practice using the application at home before learning.

Abstract

The curriculum has become an integral part of the world of education. History has shown that there have been a series of curriculum changes that occurred in Indonesia. These curriculum changes are the result of an in-depth analysis carried out by policymakers. The change from the 2013 Curriculum to the Independent Curriculum is part of the Indonesian government's efforts to continue to improve and review the education system in the country. Therefore, this research aims to identify challenges in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the elementary school level. The importance of identifying each of these challenges is to develop appropriate and measurable strategies to support the successful implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improve the quality of learning at the elementary school level. This research is a literature study, researchers collected data from various literature sources that have been published in national and international journals which can be accessed online. Searches for scientific articles were carried out using search platforms such as Scopus and Scholar, researchers also applied interview techniques carried out at SDS Islam Madani Kayuagung as an additional data collection method, to strengthen and complement the information contained in literary sources. The results of the research show that there are problems in implementing the independent curriculum, especially at the elementary school level, where teachers experience difficulties in analyzing Learning Achievements, teachers do not master the use of technology so teachers face difficulties in preparing lesson plans, teachers experience difficulties in determining the type of assessment that is suitable for the objectives. learning to be achieved, especially when implementing project-based learning.
