Abstract

Early childhood education is a critical stage in building a holistic foundation for a child's development. In this context, parental involvement plays a vital role in supporting the child's learning process at school. This study aims to explore the role and implementation of parental participation in the learning process at TKIT Raudhatul Jannah, Cilegon, Banten. Parental involvement is considered crucial for supporting the holistic development of early childhood and ensuring their readiness for the next educational level. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is triangulation, which allows for validating information from various sources to obtain a comprehensive understanding. The findings reveal that parental participation at TKIT Raudhatul Jannah significantly enhances the children's learning process. Forms of involvement include participation in regular meetings, parenting programs, school activities, as well as support for learning at home. The positive impact of this involvement is evident in the increased motivation to learn, socio-emotional development, and academic readiness of the children. The synergy between parents and the school also supports the implementation of the *Kurikulum Merdeka* (Independent Curriculum), which emphasizes experiential learning. This study highlights the importance of strong collaboration between schools and parents to achieve comprehensive success in early childhood education.

Abstract

Pencucian Uang yang bersumber dari tindak pidana korupsi merupakan kejahatan ekonomi yang memiliki dampak terhadap stabilitas ekonomi nasional. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memahami dan menganalisa keterkaitan antara praktik pencucian uang dalam kasus korupsi dengan gangguan terhadap sistem keuangan dan perekonomian negara serta efektivitas penegakan hukumnya. Dari sisi hukum, penegakan terhadap tindak pidana ini masih menghadapi berbagai hambatan. Dengan mempertimbangkan hukum yang ada, tulisan ini berupaya memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pencucian uang dan langkah-langkah hukum yang dapat ditempuh untuk menangani masalah ini. Kata kunci: Pencucian Uang, Korupsi, Stabilitas Ekonomi, Penegakan Hukum. Abstract Money laundering, which stems from corruption, is an economic crime that impacts national economic stability. This paper aims to understand and analyze the relationship between money laundering practices in corruption cases and disruptions to the country's financial and economic systems, as well as the effectiveness of law enforcement. From a legal perspective, enforcement of this crime still faces various obstacles. By considering existing laws, this paper seeks to provide a deeper understanding of money laundering and the legal steps that can be taken to address this issue. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah efikasi diri, motivasi dan teknologi informasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Balikpapan Utara. Jumlah sampel adalah 152 guru. Yang mana semuanya menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 6 Sekolah guru SMP Negeri di Balikpapan Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS.
