Abstract

Fires must be alerted and anticipated or detected as early as possible. If a fire occurs, it will be fatal such as damage to buildings, infrastructure, other facilities and can even result in casualties. Therefore, a reliable fire protection system must be applied. To prevent or anticipate fires, detection must be carried out as early as possible and prepared facilities or infrastructure for fire safety. The Green House display building is an exhibition building of living plants from various mountains in Indonesia including the mountains of Java, the mountains of Sumatra, the mountains of Kalimantan, and the mountains of Papua. This building is the only building in Indonesia, which presents the atmosphere of the mountains exactly the same as the original mountains, both plants, soil and air temperature, but is in a closed room. Plants and soil are taken directly from the associated location. This building is allegedly very prone to fire because there are so many flammable materials such as leaves, wood and others. As well as forests in Indonesia, especially in Kalimantan and Sumatra where fires often occur. Therefore, the application of Building Fire Safety Management in this building must be applied as well as possible. Fire safety management in question includes: completeness of facilities and infrastructure, active protection systems and passive protection systems. Active protection systems such as fire detection devices for this building cannot use ordinary systems, because in this building, the atmosphere is like mountains with many big trees. To ensure that the building can be declared reliable in terms of building safety, especially fire safety, it is necessary to check the reliability of the building. The inspection can be carried out by several methods, including analyzing based on applicable standards and analyzing based on the assessment of the reliability of the building safety system referring to the Settlement Research and Development Center, Research and Development Agency PU, Department of Public Works in 2005 (Pd-T-11-2005-C).

Abstract

There are two access bridges that have different functions and to cross the Ciliwung river below as an access road from the RSCM Kencana building to RSCM Kirana. Where there is access to the bridge that is specifically for car/motorcycle riders and a special bridge for pedestrians. However, the density of motorists and pedestrians can hinder traffic access. Thus, supporting infrastructure was built, namely a vehicle bridge and connecting pedestrians from the Kencana RSCM building to the Kirana RSCM building. The type of bridge built is a concrete slab steel frame bridge. In this regard, this study aims to determine the values of the ultimate moment, shear, and axial forces that occur with the object viewed from the longitudinal and transverse girders whether they exceed the nominal profile value or not, and the deflections that occur on the behavior of the structure. on the bridge according to SNI 1725:2016 loading with the help of the MIDAS Civil 2019 software. From the results of the calculation and capital analysis on the MIDAS Civil 2019 software, the values of the internal forces on the object under review do not exceed the nominal strength value of the profile. First, the girder extends against ultimate moment of ϕMn ≥ Mu = 3.762,080 kNm ≥ 528,869 kNm, against shear force ϕVn ≥ Vu = 1.095,444 kN ≥ 909,282 kN, against axial compressive force ϕPn ≥ Pu = 8.532,876 k N ≥ 3.115,265 kN, to the axial tensile force ϕPn ≥ Pu 7.726,842 kN ≥ 2.434,744 kN. Second, the transverse girder with respect to the ultimate moment of ϕMn ≥ Mu = 1.242,046 kNm ≥ 53,723 kNm, against the shear force ϕVn ≥ Vu = 1.076,400 kN ≥ 81,513 kN, against the axial compressive force ϕPn ≥ Pu = 3.805,349 kN ≥ 255,812 kN. The deflection value that occurs at the ultimate state of the structural behavior of the bridge is 48.70 mm where this value is still smaller than the allowable deflection of 55 mm. So it can be concluded that the bridge structure is safe when it receives the ultimate load.

Abstract

In order to achieve maximum development, supervisory work is needed. Facilities and infrastructure are very vital and very important things in supporting the smoothness or convenience of the learning process, in relation to education that requires facilities and infrastructure and also their utilization both in terms of intensity and creativity in their use by lecturers and students in learning activities teach. Educational facilities are all the facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both movable and immovable so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. In the 2021 fiscal year the Banten Poltekes campus received a budget of 9,779,346,000. The allocation of these funds was intended to continue the construction of the Phase VII Poltekes building, there were delays caused by disputes. These disputes stem from several factors between stakeholders, in which each stakeholder has different problems and this requires quite a long time to identify the causative factors and find the right solution. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing delays in the construction of the Polytechnic Health Campus building in Banten. The research was conducted using a qualitative method by means of a narrative description, in which the researcher conducted interviews with the Director of PT. Rahandika Nusa Perkasa. The results of the study found that the factors causing the delay in the construction of the Poltekkes campus building in Banten were due to the very short time given, the selection of workers who were not good, the frequent exchange of workers, the lack of material transportation equipment.

Abstract

Bidding activities in a job are carried out through a tender offer to select up to the process of appointing which company is appropriate in carrying out a work package. The method for determining the winner of the tender can be done by knockout method, value or cost assessment. Bidding that is usually made by companies can have several problems, while the main thing that often arises is that bids are made too high in the hope that bidders can get a large profit, or vice versa they cannot offer prices that are too low due to the hope of getting a project opportunity. the greater it is. Companies that procure both goods and services are carried out efficiently, effectively, transparently, openly, competitively, fairly and accountably. Based on BPS data by DataIndonesia.ID, there are 131,414 companies in Indonesia in 2021. This number has increased by 1.76% compared to the previous year of 129,137 companies. The large number of construction companies has the impact of increasing competition between companies in winning an auction/tender. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Tender Performance With the Highest Experience Value Qualification Rating System in Construction Companies. The method used in this research is descriptive method with purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research is 88 companies located in Jabodetabek. The results showed that there was an effect of the highest experience value on winning tenders in construction companies in Jakarta with a p value <0.005. The conclusion in this study is that the highest experience value rating system affects the evaluation of tender acceptance qualifications in construction companies.
