Abstract

Optimal management of trade receivables is crucial for maintaining a company's financial stability, especially for companies that implement a credit sales policy. While providing flexibility to partners, this policy also increases the risk of delayed payments or uncollectible receivables. This article discusses the development of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for trade receivables collection at PT ABC, a company in the food and beverage (FnB) sector.The SOP is designed to provide structured guidance in the collection process, starting from identifying overdue receivables, sending  reminders through official letters, to ensuring timely payment settlement. The SOP development was carried out through observations, interviews, and data analysis to ensure its alignment with the company's operational needs. It is expected that the implementation of this SOP will minimize the risk of problematic receivables, support smooth operations, and maintain the company's cash flow stability in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diskon live streaming dan promosi tanggal kembar pada E-Commerce Shopee terhadap keputusan pembelian impulsif konsumen. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna e-commerce shopee, lalu dilakukan pengujian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan Smart-PLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa diskon live streaming dan promosi tanggal kembar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian impulsif konsumen, dengan nilai R-square sebesar 0,470 dan R-square adjusted sebesar 0,460, yang menjelaskan sekitar 47% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian impulsif. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan memanfaatkan strategi live streaming dan promosi tanggal kembar sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan memanfaatkan momen-momen yang mendorong konsumen untuk membuat keputusan pembelian secara spontan tanpa perencanaan. Bagi konsumen, meskipun promosi tersebut seringkali memicu pembelian impulsif, disarankan untuk lebih bijak dalam merespons tawaran tersebut, dengan mempertimbangkan dampaknya terhadap keuangan pribadi dan membuat keputusan pembelian yang lebih terencana.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the effectiveness of office management by examining the role of work culture and leadership style in the branch offices of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The office plays a crucial role in various economic sectors, not only as a place for management and administrative tasks but also as a vital service center in communication and decision-making. The effectiveness of office management is measured by the office's ability to manage, plan, and control its activities to achieve predetermined goals. A good work culture plays an important role in improving employee productivity and performance. In addition, an appropriate leadership style also significantly contributes to employee motivation and performance. This research employs a qualitative method with interviews as the main data collection technique. The results show that the implementation of a positive work culture and effective leadership style can enhance the effectiveness of office management at BSI, ultimately contributing to improved service quality and the achievement of strategic goals.
