Abstract

Manage the human resources that are owned by the company. Quality leadership is often regarded as one of the important factors in the success or failure of the enterprise. Leadership style is often done at the company leader is transformational leadership style. Leaders with transformational leadership giving effect to the subordinates to include her participation in goal setting, problem-solving, decision making, and provide feedback. Leadership style leader can influence the behavior of its employee's work. This study aims to determine how the transformational leadership style, employee behavior and the effect of transformational leadership style on the behavior of employees at Suzuki Dealer Restu Mahkota Karya Cibadak. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, while the data collection techniques are to do interviews and distributing questionnaires to 102 respondents who were determined by non-probability sampling. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation Y = 0.874 + 0,807X. The study states that the transformational leadership style and behavior of existing employees at the Suzuki Dealer Cibadak Restu Mahkota Karya has a positive correlation of 0.807 and transformational leadership style influence the behavior of the employee as much as 65%.

Abstract

Creating a climate of an organization capable of bringing the employees in a company to create a high performance is not an easy thing. This is because basically, humans have different characteristics according to his needs. Although those cases, human resources should have a good performance. One way to improve the performance of employees is to pay attention to organizational climate. This study aims to determine the organizational climate on employee performance office of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company. Organizational climate measurements include the dimensions of the structure, standards, support, recognition, responsibility, and commitment. While the measurement of employee performance using the dimensions of the work, work behavior, and personal qualities. The study uses quantitative methods and involved 126 respondents drawn from employees of the office. Data was collected by questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The analysis includes the analysis of assumptions used classic, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, the level of organization climate is in the category of "good" because it has the average (mean) 3.95. So too for the performance level of employees in the category of "good" because it has the average (mean) 4.10. The results of this study indicate that organizational climate can contribute to employee performance (²) by 64%. Organizational climate is predicted to improve employee performance (positive). It can be seen from the results of the regression analysis is Y = 0.476 + 0,800X which means that if the model the characteristics of employment increased by one, the organizational commitment of employees will increase by 0,800. In addition, the organizational climate can significantly improve employee performance, it's based on figures significance probability of 0.000 smaller than 0.05.

Abstract

In a work environment, employees from the staff level to top management once confront a problem that requires decision-making. Gender is a very influential factor in decision making. Gender defined here is not “gender”. It is the attitudes or attributes of a man or woman that can change over time and working conditions. This study aims to determine the effect of employee gender differences, knowing the ability of employee decision making and to know how much influence gender to decision making in the working environment of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Purbaleunyi Branch. The research method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The sample in this study were 114 respondents consisting of employees of data processing, staff, up to senior officer. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and interviewing employees. Based on the results of data, gender and decision making are in good category. The conclusion of this research is gender influence toward decision making 57,3%. Dalam lingkungan kerja, karyawan dari tingkat staf hingga manajemen puncak pernah berhadapan dengan suatu masalah yang membutuhkan pengambilan keputusan. Gender merupakan faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam pengambilan keputusan. Gender yang diartikan disini bukanlah “jenis kelamin”. Namun, merupakan sikap atau sifat yang dimiliki seorang pria ataupun wanita yang dapat berubah seiring berjalannya waktu dan kondisi lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perbedaan gender karyawan, mengetahui kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karyawan dan mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh gender terhadap pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan kerja PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Purbaleunyi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan data processing, staf, hingga senior officer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan mewawancarai karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil olah data, gender dan pengambilan keputusan berada pada kategori baik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya pengaruh gender terhadap pengambilan keputusan sebesar 57,3%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of business strategy in increasing competitive advantage. Selected population is the Creative Industry SMEs in the fashion sector in Bandung, amounting to 507 population in the period 2010-2017 and the number of samples of 223 SMEs fashion business in Bandung. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis using Regression Linear with SPSS 22.0. The result of data analysis shows that the research model can be accepted with goodness of fit test, that is effect positive and significant to competitive advantage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkap sejauh mana kemampuan adopsi penggunaan   social media yang digunakan mahasiswa vokasi berperan mendorong tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha. Keterampilan lebih yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa vokasi akan mudah mewujudkan minat sebagai wirausaha. Disisi lain perguruan tinggi vokasi, telah membekali mahasiswanya  dengan pengetahuan kewirausahaan. Karenanya diperlukan analisis yang mendalam, apakah pengetahuan dan penguasaan social media yang ada pada diri mahasiswa, menumbuhkan minat menjadi wirausaha. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 309 responden penelitian sesuai kriteria. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dan analisis regresi berganda, ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh adopsi teknologi social media terhadap niat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran faktual tentang adanya pengaruh adopsi teknologi social media dalam mendorong tumbuhnya niat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga memberikan gambaran deskriptif tentang aplikasi social media mana yang paling banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa dalam kegiatan wirausaha.

Abstract

Why do online customers become loyal in their purchases on e-commerce sites? We examine how e-service quality, trust, and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty towards purchasing goods and services. The proposed model also investigates the relationships among e-service quality, trust to loyalty, and satisfaction as a mediator that remains underexplored. The sample of this study is 350 millennial respondents as online buyers in Bogor city. PLS-SEM modeling procedure was used to test the proposed research model. We find that the quality of e-service and trust has a significant favorable influence on customer loyalty, and this effect is mediated by customer satisfaction. This study highlights the role of e-commerce producers in gaining loyalty through efficient service offerings and shape positive psychological in online marketing practices.

Abstract

In recent years, the market for delivery foods has grown rapidly. The large-scale social restrictions that were announced by Indonesian government as a response to Covid-19 pandemic has continued the increasing trend of online food delivery. Convenient and health factors are the main motivator of this trend. Therefore, there is a growing concern about the effective packaging design for takeout foods. However, only a few a study published on this specific topic. It is important to understand the main concern of customers on the takeout foods packaging design. The purpose of this study is to design suitable takeout foods packaging based on the customer perspective using a pull market strategy. This study used various data collection methods such as observation, interview, literature study, and survey. Data collected was analyzed with descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. A packaging design is proposed considering customer inputs on packaging material, design, and information needed.

Abstract

Occupational health and safety are one of the important things that must be considered by the company to create safe and healthy working environment, especially for organizations that have the potential hazard and a high level of accident risk that could have an impact on performance. PT Indonesia Power Unit Kamojang is a company engaged in Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) and has implemented a safety and health. This research aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on employee performance at PT Indonesia Power Unit Kamojang. The method which is used in this research is a descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data analysis method which is used in this research are descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The sample in this research as much as 149 respondents. Occupational health and safety currently on good category, it can be seen from working conditions, safety training and communication, the creation of healthy working environment, employee needs services and health care services. Then, employee performance also currently on good category, it can be seen from the result of work, work behavior, and personal qualities. The conclusion of this research is there’s an effect of occupational health and safety implementation on employee performance amounted to 23,7%.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees at The Office of Regional Operation 2 Bandung PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with the number of respondents as many as 113 people. This research uses quantitative approach and survey method with the primary data collection technique using a questionnaire. The results of the research indicate that psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job performance. This relationship suggests that if psychological empowerment that employees have a good/high, it will be followed by an increase in job performance and vice versa. These findings are similar to some previous research that states, intrinsic motivation in the form of psychological empowerment have a positive and significant effect on job performance.
