Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan rekrutmen calon mahasiswa adalah untuk menarik calon mahasiswa ke perguruan tinggi dengan mempromosikan perguruan tinggi untuk menarik minat siswa mau melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Salah satu sarana promosi yang paling efektif adalah dengan metode road show, yaitu melakukan kegiatan promosi dengan berpindah-pindah dari satu sekolah ke sekolah lainnya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan oleh tim sosialisasi PMB STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa pelaksanaan pada bulan Februari 2023 di beberapa MA/SMA/SMK di Kecamatan Kluet Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Hasil dari kegiatan road show PMB STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh, respons pihak sekolah, guru dan siswa memberikan komentar positif terhadap kegiatan road show. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan motivasi, pemahaman dan keingintahuan calon mahasiswa terhadap keberadaan kampus STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh, sehingga diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa melanjutkan studi STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh.

Abstract

A harmless organization will not be able to run as it should. Human relationships are created through good communication patterns, as well as things in organizations. Lead communication with members will influence members' attitude and motivation to advance the organization. This study is aimed at finding out the communication patterns of the leader in increasing the level of dancer engagement at the training center of Sri Kemuning Bagansiapiapi. The method used in this study is a quantitative method descriptive with data analysis through simple statistical data calculation and explains the research results data. Data collection techniques using observation guides, interviews, commissioner guides and documentation studies. Research shows that the major contribution of the communication pattern to the participants' association was 83.33% or 25 participants said that the communication pattern affects the participants' association in the arts training centre, The category is very high, while 5 participants are raised or 16.66% say that the communication pattern affects the association of participants with a high category suggesting that the leader is able to properly organize all the potential of the participants raised. Leaders at Sri Kemuning Art Training Center use to give examples to trainers and educated participants with good communication patterns that can enhance discipline, in communicating, so that a comfort, unity and learning for educated participants to undergo existing procedures.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the comparison of student achievement from Elementary Schools and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in learning Islamic education at State Junior High School 4 Rantau, Aceh Tamiang district. The research conducted by the author uses a qualitative approach that is a field study of Islamic religious education learning and analyzes student achievement from two different backgrounds. The use of the method in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, documentation (notes or archives). Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, data verification and critical analysis. The results showed that students from both different backgrounds obtained good learning scores, good skills, and were able to apply good attitude values ​​and uphold ethics in learning.

Abstract

Principals have a strategic position in realizing quality school committees. The level of participation of the community, parents/guardians, and low school committees, was promoted by the principal as a driving force with the principle of mutual cooperation Mutual cooperation (Gotong Royong). The principal must have straight intentions, be generous, dedicated, and obey the rules. School committees, they are selected and carry out functions according to Minister of Education and Culture Regulation number 75 of 2016, become quality school committees. The collaboration of school principals with quality school committees improves the quality of education services. The school principal must strive to be the driving force for the re-election of the school committee with the guidelines of Minister of Education and Culture Regulation number 75 of 2016. The quality of education services is a shared responsibility, parents/guardians of students, the community, school committees, teachers, education staff, and all parties to work together increase their participation. The school committee is an independent institution that accommodates community participation consisting of people who care about education, formed and playing a role in efforts to improve the quality, equity and efficiency of education management and provide consideration, direction, support and supervision at the school level.
