Abstract

Catfish is a popular and affordable fishery product enjoyed by many. Healthyle, which stands for Healthy Lele, was established in 2023 to sell instant frozen catfish products, including ready-to-fry catfish and catfish katsu. These products are made from catfish farmed according to Good Fish Farming Practices (CBIB) and are halal certified. The catfish farming operation began in 2021. This study aims to analyzing Healthyle's marketing and operational strategies. This research uses data collection techniques carried out is secondary data. The result of this study is Healthyle's business plan highlights the need for comprehensive analysis to refine marketing and operational strategies. Despite a broad market for catfish in Jabodetabek and West Java, Healthyle’s marketing remains traditional and underutilized. The pricing is competitive, and the supply chain for raw materials is secure, suggesting that enhancing marketing efforts could significantly improve sales performance.

Abstract

Healthyle aims to alleviate consumer concerns about catfish quality through a rigorous certification process. The city of Bogor and its surroundings were selected as the target market due to the high demand for catfish in the area. The ultimate goal of this assignment is to aid Healthyle in devising an effective business strategy, positioning it to potentially become a significant player in the catfish farming industry in Indonesia, particularly in and around Bogor. The strategic analysis of a company involves assessing its internal and external environment. This includes evaluating internal factors such as strengths and weaknesses using the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) and Value Chain analysis. External factors, including opportunities and threats, are assessed using the External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS), PESTEL analysis, and Porter’s Five Forces model. The Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM) compares the company’s performance with its competitors, while the Strategic Factor Analysis Summary (SFAS) integrates findings from IFAS and EFAS. This approach is expected to be profitable short-term and build a sustainable reputation long-term. The research offers insights into the industry’s competitive dynamics and strategy formulation.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab sosial yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Petromine dalam program “Bantu Tetanggamu”. Dalam pelaksanannya, PT. Petromine menerapkan bentuk corporate philanthropy berdasarkan pada penyesuaian program dengan masyarakat. Corporate philanthropy mampu membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan dan jangkauan program yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alasan PT. Petromine memilih bentuk corporate philanthropy dalam pelaksanaan program “Bantu Tetanggamu”, bagaimana bentuk tersebut diterapkan, serta hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan jenis deskriptif. Metode studi kasus diterapkan peneliti dengan pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara mendalam. Objek penelitian ini adalah program "Bantu Tetanggamu" dan subjek penelitian merupakan praktisi program “Bantu Tetanggamu. Peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber sebagi teknik dalam menguji keabsahan data dan teknik Miles Huberman dalam menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa corporate philanthropy merupakan penerapan corporate social responsibility yang sesuai dengan kapabilitas perusahaan guna mencapai tujuan dan jangkauan program yang telah ditentukan. Kegiatan tersebut diterapkan dengan melibatkan seluruh karyawan dalam mendistribusikan paket sembako kepada masyarakat sekitar tempat tinggal mereka. Hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program “Bantu Tetanggamu” adalah terjaganya kualitas setiap barang dalam paket sembako dalam pendistribusian hingga diterima oleh masyarakat.
