Abstract

Perusahaan Komponen Otomotif adalah perusahaan manufaktur komponen mobil di Indonesia dengan produknya yaitu Plastic Tank Radiator (P-Tank Radiator) di lini Injection Molding. Terdapat 7 variasi Produksi P-Tank Radiator pada lini Injection molding dengan jumlah permintaan tinggi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada lini tersebut adalah loss time yang disebabkan waktu setup change-over mold yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa waktu setup change-over menggunakan metode Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) sehingga dapat mereduksi waktu Setup change-over mold. Perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi waktu setup change-over mold menggunakan metode Single Minute Exchange Dies (SMED) dengan mengidentifikasi aktivitas setup dan mengukur waktu setup, memisahkan aktivitas setup internal dan eksternal, mengubah setup internal menjadi eksternal, serta Improvement dengan menganalisa penyebab lamanya waktu setup internal menggunakan diagram fishbone & Analisa 5W1H. Hasil implementasi SMED yaitu reduksi waktu set-up change-over mold sebesar 41% dari sebelum implementasi SMED yaitu 38.177 menit menjadi setelah diterapkannya SMED yaitu 22.25 menit.

Abstract

PT MKM is responsible for installing the customer's internet network up to repairing the internet network. The existence of an internet network repair service is used to ensure that the internet network at the customer's home can be used stably and smoothly. To ensure customers get good service and do not switch to other providers, PT MKM must pay attention to the services provided to its customers. The purpose of this study was to measure the value of customer satisfaction on the quality of network repair services and to determine the priority for repair service improvements at PT MKM. This study used servqual and IPA methods with 50 respondents participating in answering the questionnaire. The results show that the GAP value in each statement is negative with the largest GAP value being on the assurance dimension of -1.18 and the lowest GAP being on the responsiveness dimension of -0.76. Of the 10 indicators distributed into 4 quadrants, the main priority for improvement that must be improved using the IPA method is attribute P5 which is in quadrant I.

Abstract

Due to the large amount of muslims in Indonesia, there is a high demand for islamic clothing. However, the high competition in this sector encourages customers to get high quality products at lower prices. As a result, manufacturers need to implement quality control as part of an integrated continuous development process to reduce the proportion of defects and increase productivity. In a case study, the number of defects in hijab print productis is still high. The defects found were clumping ink, blotches, stripe motifs, and torn threads. It causes low quality products. This study aimed to reduce the number of product defects in hijab print production. This study included quantitative research and used primary and secondary data sources while implementing six sigma with the DMAIC method. Based on data analysis, it was found that the most influential factor for the product defects was the overworked heat press machine. Improvements were made by setting the most optimal machine input temperature and stop instructions for machine to cooling down. These improvements were then standardized into standard procedures in the form of work instructions and check sheets. The results indicated that the DPMO value decreased from 29,308 to 14,000, increasing the sigma value from 3.37 to 3.77. Abstract

Workload is one of the factors affecting employee performance. Sometimes employees have an overload, while other employees have an underload. This kind of problem also occurs with Gradatie Vendor Convection. The method used is full time equivalent (FTE) to find out the workload of each operator by changing the hours of the workload to the number of people needed to complete a particular job. From the results of the study, it was found that 8 operators have an underload workload. Optimization of labor performance can be carried out by changing the composition of the elements of the activities of each labor force or reducing the number of workers based on the calculation of Full Time Equivalent.
