Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of MSMEs in improving the economy of village communities in Limboro village. As for the usefulness of research (1). Theoretically useful for the author, it is hoped that this research can be an example for future researchers, especially for researchers who discuss the role of Abon Roa Fish MSMEs in improving the economy of village communities in Limboro Village. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this research show that the role of MSMEs has a significant influence on the economy of village communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi berprestasi terhdap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Balaesang, Populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh guru yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Balaesang yang berjumlah 31 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus, yang mana semua populasi dijadikan sampel karena jumlah populasi yang sedikit. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis 1 sampai 3 digunakan uji Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji Regresi Linear Berganda secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan secara simultan (serempak) gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of compensation and leadership style on employee performance at the Jazz Hotel in Palu City. By using 51 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that compensation and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Hotal Jazz in Palu City. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of Hotal Jazz in Palu City. Leadership style has a significant effect on the performance of Hotal Jazz in Palu City.
