This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on the decision to choose. The variables in this study are Promotion and Service Quality and Decision to Choose which can solve the problems experienced by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) East Palu Branch. The findings in the study show that the value felt by customers is still low, if the results of the interview are associated with the mean value obtained in the questionnaire which shows that it is still low. on the contrary, when based on the results of the t-count and the P-value, it does not mean that the results are better, in this case the PT. Pengadaian (Persero) Palu Timur Branch needs to increase its sales promotion and dimensions of service quality more intensely and touch the hearts of customers by frequently providing information about pawnshop products through social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This study uses a survey research design and is verification in nature. Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) merupakan tempat dimana sampah mencapai tahap terakhir dalam pengelolaannya sejak mulai timbul di sumber, pengumpulan, pemindahan/pengangkutan, pengolahan dan pembuangan. Pemulung ikut serta dalam pengolahan sampah, yaitu memungut benda yang masih dapat dijual. Kegiatan pemulung di TPA berisiko terkena penyakit, karena pemulung di TPA bekerja pada tempat yang kotor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pemulung dalam mencegah risiko gangguan kesehatan di TPA Banjaran. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data umum dan data khusus. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Subyek penelitian yaitu 50 orang pemulung di TPA Banjaran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskriptif, dengan melihat hasil observasi dan wawancara pada pemulung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya pemulung dalam mencegah risiko gangguan kesehatan di TPA termasuk katagori kurang baik dengan rincian sebagai berikut, personal hygiene (76%), pengetahuan pemulung (40%), menghindari vektor binatang pengganggu (46%), pengobatan (40%), dan kebugaran jasmani (44%). Peneliti menyimpulkan upaya pemulung dalam mencegah risiko gangguan kesehatan di TPA masih kurang baik.

Background & Methode : Indirect female sexual workers who is operate as such as camouflaged as sex commercial, usually she works on special work and the side jobs is sexual workers. The subject research is a singer or back sound in song room (karaoke). They are kind of group who have high risk to influence HIV & AIDS case. The Purpose of this research is to describe the attitude of indirect sex worker, especiallywho have main profession as a back sound to preventions AIDS in Pekalongan Regency.This Research is designed exploratory research with cross sectional approach, research of qualitative method. The informan include five indirect female sexual workers in several research locations.Result : Result for this research showed part of indirect sex worker done know how to prevented HIV & AIDS used condoms, their practice to AIDS’s prevention effort still less. Although they agree to use condom as a good preventions systems. In their perceptions, condoms just only to avoid pregnancy, not for avoid PMS or HIV/AIDS transmitions. Recommendation for health department, more increase collaboration with sectoral link especially academic sector to decrease HIV/AIDS especially in this community.Keywords : Indirect female sexual workers, behavior to prevented HIV/AIDS.

The motivation of this study is to find problems related to training and employee management. The research used is quantitative. The research data used primary and secondary data. The population of this study consisted of employees of ZHM Premier Padang. The research sample was 90 consumers with non-probability sampling techniques. Data was collected through likert scale questionnaires that were tested for validity and reliability. Data processed with SPSS 25.00. Training is in the category of quite agreeable at 53.33% and the Employee Engagement variable shows the agree category with a percentage of 52.22%. The training value (X) has a Beta or Standardized Coefficient of 0.507 with a calculated T (6.456) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 with a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). An R Square value of 0.321 was obtained, meaning that the influence of the training variable (X) had an effect on employee engagement (Y) with a positive value of 32.1% and 67.9% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the training variable (X) and employee engagement (Y).

Background: Leprosy is a neglected tropical disease considered rare in most areas despite having a relatively high incidence in some countries. Objective: Analyze the flow of determinants of the social environment that can affect the occurrence of disability in lepers and their impacts. Method: Research using a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in Tuban Regency, East Java Province. The informant selection technique uses a purposeful sampling technique. Data analysis uses triangulation techniques. Results: The frequency of leprosy in Tuban Regency tended to decrease from 2014-2019. Leprosy distribution occurred in 18 sub-districts; Lepers were found every month in 2019 with various characteristics of lepers that cause the emergence of leprosy and disability in leprosy. The total number of informants in this study was seven informants. Determinants of disability in lepers include informant characteristics and social environment, including knowledge, contact history, family support, self-confidence, and impact. Conclusion: In this study, the social environment that most impact the occurrence of disability in lepers is the informant knowledge factor. Informant knowledge is influenced by education, a large network of friends, and technological literacy. Education will show the type of informant work, and the type of work will determine the income of the informant; income determines economic status. Economic status contributes to food intake, medication seeking, and the home's physical condition. The duration of leprosy treatment will affect the worsening of the disability if good self-care is not carried out and always use PPE when doing activities.

This research aims to determine and analyze the role of MSMEs in improving the economy of village communities in Limboro village. As for the usefulness of research (1). Theoretically useful for the author, it is hoped that this research can be an example for future researchers, especially for researchers who discuss the role of Abon Roa Fish MSMEs in improving the economy of village communities in Limboro Village. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this research show that the role of MSMEs has a significant influence on the economy of village communities.

Fly control is important to prevent the spread of disease, one of which is through mechanical traps such as Pyramid Trap. The effectiveness of this trap is influenced by the type of bait used. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of bait variations in Pyramid Trap on the number of flies caught. This type of research is a Quasy Experiment with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The data analysis used is Annova Factorial and further testing with Post Hoc LSD. Showed that shrimp bait attracted the most flies, namely 11 flies. Fish offal and chicken offal baits have the same fly catch, which is 4 flies, and Pyramid Trap without being baited or as a control gets a catch of 1 fly. After statistical tests, there were significant differences (p < 0.05) in the control with shrimp, shrimp with fish offal, and shrimp with chicken offal. There was no significant difference (p > 0.05) between control with fish offal, control with chicken offal, and fish offal with chicken offal. Conducting pre-studies and selecting locations with higher fly densities so that the effectiveness of the bait can be tested optimally.

This study aims to analyze the influence of facility attractiveness, brand image, and price perception on guests' intention to revisit Aston Makassar Hotel. These three variables are considered key factors that impact guests' likelihood of returning. The research was conducted through a survey of hotel guests, using questionnaires and interviews as data collection methods. Since the sample size was unknown, the Lemeshow formula was applied to determine a sample of 100 respondents. The study employed a non-probability sampling technique, specifically using accidental sampling and purposive sampling methods. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to assess the significance of each variable's influence. The results indicate that facility attractiveness, brand image, and price perception significantly affect guests' intention to return. Attractive and high-quality facilities enhance guest satisfaction, while a strong brand image builds trust and loyalty, encouraging repeat visits. Additionally, price perception that aligns with service quality and facilities is a crucial factor in guests' decision-making. The implications of this study suggest that the hotel should optimize its facilities, strengthen its brand image, and establish competitive pricing strategies to enhance guests' intention to revisit.

Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra terhadap keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa pengiriman Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Cabang Dewi Sartika Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Dengan menggunakan 30 responden yaitu konsumen yang menggunakan Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Cabang Dewi Sartika Palu. Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kualitas layanan dan citra berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa pengiriman JNE Cabang Dewi Sartika Palu. Kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa pengiriman JNE Cabang Dewi Sartika Palu. Citra berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa pengiriman JNE Cabang Dewi Sartika Palu
