Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis identitas yang dialami remaja muslim akibat pertentangan antara nilai-nilai agama Islam dengan tuntutan budaya sekuler. Remaja muslim terjebak antara ekspektasi keluarga untuk menjunjung tinggi agama dan tekanan untuk beradaptasi dengan budaya modern yang seringkali bertentangan dengan keyakinan mereka. Konflik ini menyebabkan krisis identitas, dimana remaja merasa terisolasi dan berjuang untuk menemukan tempat mereka dalam masyarakat yang terus berkembang.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang bagaimana bimbingan rohani Islam dapat berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan identitas remaja muslim yang positif. Terlebih dahulu, Konselor perlu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab krisis identitas dari sudut pandang agama dan sosial agar dapat menemukan strategi konseling yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah studi literatur, yaitu mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian, antara lain jurnal akademik, buku, laporan penelitian, artikel online dan sumber lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan rohani Islam berperan penting dalam mengatasi krisis identitas yang dihadapi remaja muslim. Bimbingan rohani memungkinkan remaja muslim untuk memperkuat hubungan spiritual mereka dengan Allah SWT, sehingga menghasilkan landasan yang kokoh untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami identitas keagamaan mereka, juga membantu generasi muda mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang nilai-nilai moral Islam dan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yang merupakan landasan penting untuk memperkuat identitas keagamaannya. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar bimbingan rohani Islam dapat diterapkan dalam pendidikan remaja, khususnya ketika menghadapi krisis identitas. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi landasan dalam merancang program konseling di sekolah dan pesantren serta mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama ke dalam kehidupan remaja sehari-hari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the pattern of peer interaction in relation to mental health and learning motivation of students at Pondok Pesantren Daar el Syahid, Teluknaga, Tangerang. Peers are an important factor in shaping students' academic behavior and psychological well-being in the pesantren environment, where social interactions take place intensively and continuously. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to collect data. Data analysis was conducted through reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that peer interaction has a significant impact on students' mental health and learning motivation. Peers act as internal motivators through direct encouragement, positive behavioral examples, and healthy competition. Emotional encouragement from peers is proven to help students cope with academic pressure, while positive behavioral role models encourage students to adopt better study habits. In addition, healthy competition among peers increases students' intrinsic motivation to achieve academically. However, negative social pressure from peers can also impair mental health and decrease motivation to learn. This study concludes that peer interaction patterns at Pondok Pesantren Daar el Syahid play an important role in supporting the balance between students' mental health and learning motivation. Therefore, more structured efforts are needed to encourage healthy and supportive interactions among students as part of efforts to improve their academic performance and psychological well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of peer counseling guidance in reducing cyberbullying behavior among students at the Daar El Syahid Teluknaga Islamic Boarding School, Indonesia. This study used an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with 150 students from a population of 500. The sample was divided into an experimental group, which received peer counseling guidance intervention, and a control group, which received intervention as usual. The research instruments used included the Cyberbullying Behavior Scale, Peer Counseling Effectiveness Questionnaire, Observation Guide, and Interview. Data analysis was carried out using an independent t-test, first testing the assumptions of normality and homogeneity of variance using Kolmogorov-Smirnov or Shapiro-Wilk and Levene's Test. The study showed a significant difference between the experimental and control groups after the intervention, with a substantial decrease in cyberbullying behavior in the experimental group. The results of this study indicate that peer counseling guidance effectively reduces cyberbullying behavior among students. The program successfully raised awareness of the negative impacts of cyberbullying, developed coping strategies, and strengthened empathy and digital ethics among students. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for developing counseling programs in educational institutions to create a safer and more inclusive environment for students.

Abstract

High work pressure, excessive workload, and work imbalance are the main factors causing stress, anxiety, and even depression in employees. In this case, the purpose of the research is to assess the urgency of the role of counselors in addressing psychological well-being problems in the workplace, as well as preventive measures, interventions to build an inclusive workplace culture and maintain psychological well-being. The literature review research method is used to explore a variety of relevant literatur. This research shows that actively engaging counselors to address psychological well-being issues in the workplace has a positive impact, improving job satisfaction, productivity, and employee retention.

Abstract

Ilmu qirā’at dikenal sebagai salah satu disiplin yang krusial dalam ‘Ulūmul Qur’ān dan telah mengalami kemajuan metodologis yang signifikan sepanjang sejarah perkembangan Islam. Perubahan ini terlihat jelas dari dua karya monumental yang menjadi pilar utama tradisi qirā’at, yaitu Asy-Syāṭibiyyah yang ditulis oleh Asy-Syāṭibī dan Ṭayyibatun-Nasyr oleh Ibn al-Jazarī. Kedua kitab ini tidak hanya menunjukkan kesinambungan dalam transmisi ilmu, tetapi juga mencerminkan adanya perubahan paradigma dalam penyusunan dan sistematika pembelajaran qirā’at. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menelusuri bentuk serta arahan perubahan metodologis dalam ilmu qirā’at melalui analisis komparatif terhadap kedua karya ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan fokus pada penelitian pustaka (library research), sementara teknik yang diterapkan mencakup pendekatan komparatif dan historis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Asy-Syāṭibī mampu menyusun ilmu qirā’at Sab‘ah secara simbolis dan sistematis dalam bentuk nadham yang mudah diingat, sedangkan Ibn al-Jazarī memperluas metodologi yang mencakup Qirā’at ‘Asyr dan memberikan penekanan pada aspek epistemologi serta pedagogiknya. Dengan demikian, peralihan dari Asy-Syāṭibiyyah ke Ṭayyibatun-Nasyr menunjukkan adanya kesinambungan dalam tradisi serta inovasi dalam perkembangan ilmu qirā’at.
