Aceh province ranks 12th nationally in drug cases. The problem faced by former drug addicts is the negative stigma attached to them, which makes it difficult for them to be accepted both at work and at work. The purpose of the community partnership program (PKM) through technology transfer for tilapia biofloc cultivation is as an effort to empower the economy of former drug addicts who have experienced a negative stigma so that it is difficult to be accepted in the community or as employees in the company. One of the alternative life skills offered is that former drug users can independently carry out fish farming businesses to make a living. This biofloc tilapia cultivation technology transfer activity has been carried out from March to October 2021 in partnership with the Imam Ahmad bin Idris Aceh Foundation which has experience in carrying out mental and life skill development activities in Lambugob Village, Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh. The parties involved in this activity are young former drug addicts who were fostered by the Imam Ahmad bin Idris Aceh Foundation. Partners have been introduced to a comprehensive biofloc system cultivation technology including simple biofloc pond design, fish rearing techniques, feeding techniques, water quality care, harvesting to business and marketing analysis. The stages of this PKM service activity consist of 3 (three) stages, namely: Socialization and preparation, implementation of tilapia biofloc technology applications and evaluation through focus group discussions with partners, government and relevant stakeholders. It is hoped that this technology dissemination activity can play a role in supporting the program to accelerate the downstream process of technological products resulting from research by academics that can be utilized by the community towards a prosperous Indonesia.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen, Faktor atribut kepuasan, dan tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap usaha kedai kopi di Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan hasil wawancara dengan konsumen dan pemilik kedai kopi di lokasi penilitian dengan bantuan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik konsumen kedai kopi tersebut rata-rata orang yang berumur 20-29 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan dominan mahasiswa/I, Faktor yang mempengaruhi atribut kepuasan adalah kualitas Produk, Harga, Pramusaji, Proses, Tempat, Bukti Fisik dan Promosi. Hasil analisis Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 81% yang menyatakan bahwa konsumen merasa sangat puas. Analysis Of Consumer Satisfaction Level In Coffee Shop Business In Banda Aceh City Abstract. This study aims to determine consumer characteristics, satisfaction attribute factors, and the level of consumer satisfaction with the coffee shop business in Banda Aceh City. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from observations and interviews with consumers and coffee shop owners at the research location with the help of a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of the coffee shop consumers are, on average, people aged 20-29 years, male and predominantly college students. Factors that influence satisfaction attributes are product quality, price, waiter, process, place, Physical Evidence and Promotion. The results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis obtained were 81% which stated that consumers were very satisfied.

Rice (Oryza sativa) is an important food crop that has become the staple food of more than half of the world's population. This study aims to determine the level of income and analysis of revenues and costs (R/C ratio) of lowland rice farming using the row legowo planting system and lowland rice farming using the non-legowo cropping system in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar. Respondents used as samples in this study were lowland rice farming using the row legowo planting system and lowland rice farming using the non-legowo cropping system 38 people in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar. The results showed that the average income of lowland rice farming using the jajar legowo planting system was higher than the income of lowland rice farming using the non-legowo cropping system. The value of R/C ratio for lowland rice farming with jajar legowo planting system is 2.60 which indicates that Rp. 2.00 the costs incurred in rice farming with the jajar legowo planting system will get an income of Rp. 2.60. Meanwhile, for lowland rice farming that applies the non-legowo cropping system, the R/C ratio is 1.67 which shows that every Rp. 1.00 expenses incurred will get an income of Rp. 1.67.

Abstrak. Indonesia merupakan komoditas lobster dengan nilai jual yang tinggi, dan Kabupaten Simeuleu merupakan penghasil lobster terkenal. Namun peraturan PERMEN-KP berdasarkan kebijakan pemerintah melalui Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia nomor 56/PERMEN-KP/2016 tentang Larangan Penangkapan dan/atau Pengeluaran Lobster (Panulirus spp.) Kepiting (Scyla spp.) dan rajungan (Portunus spp.), secara signifikan mengurangi penangkapan lobster saat ini dari wilayah Republik Indonesia. Karena khawatir para nelayan lobster akan melanggar hukum. Masyarakat Simeulue menyebut lobster dengan sebutan Lahok. Dikarenakan larangan penggunaan kompresor sebagai alat selam sesuai dengan Pasal 9 Ayat 1 UU No. 45 Tahun 2009 yang dilakukan perubahan atas UU No. “setiap orang dilarang memiliki, menguasai, membawa, dan/atau menggunakan alat tang kap dan/atau alat bantu penangkapan ikan yang mengganggu dan merusak kelestarian sumber daya ikan di atas kapal penangkap ikan di wilayah pengelolaan perikanan negara Republik Indonesia,” termaktub dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2004 tentang Perikanan. Padahal nelayan lobster hanya menggunakan kompresor saat mencari lobster di kedalaman 5 hingga 30 meter. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian yang berjudul “Persepsi Nelayan Terhadap Peraturan Pelarangan Penggunaan Alat Bantu Tangkap Kompresor di Kabupaten Simeuleu”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi nelayan terhadap regulasi larangan penggunaan alat bantu tangkap kompresor di Kabupaten Simeuleu.Fishermen's Perceptions of Regulations Prohibiting the Use of Compressor Catching Tools in Simeuleu DistrictAbstract. Indonesia is a lobster commodity with a high selling value, and Simeuleu Regency is a well-known lobster producer. However, the PERMEN-KP regulations are based on government policy through the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia number 56/PERMEN-KP/2016 concerning Prohibition of Catching and/or Exporting Lobsters (Panulirus spp.) Crabs (Scyla spp.) and blue swimming crabs (Portunus spp.), significantly reducing the current catch of lobsters from the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Because they are worried that lobster fishermen will break the law. The Simeulue people call lobster as Lahok. Due to the prohibition on the use of compressors as diving equipment in accordance with Article 9 Paragraph 1 of Law no. 45 of 2009 which made changes to Law no. "everyone is prohibited from owning, controlling, carrying, and/or using fishing gear and/or fishing aids that disturb and damage the sustainability of fish resources on board fishing vessels in the fishery management area of the Republic of Indonesia," set forth in the Law Number 31 of 2004 concerning Fisheries. Even though lobster fishermen only use compressors when looking for lobsters at a depth of 5 to 30 meters. Therefore the authors are interested in conducting research entitled "Fishermen's Perceptions of Regulations Prohibiting the Use of Compressor Fishing Tools in Simeuleu District". This study aims to look at fishermen's perceptions of regulations prohibiting the use of compressor fishing aids in Simeuleu District.

Professional competency is the basic foundation for prospective counselors. This research aims to examine the urgency of professional competence for prospective counselors. The data source in this library study research was obtained from research articles found on google scholar in the period 2018 - 2023. Data was obtained through Harzing's publish or perish application. By using the keywords professional competence of counselors and professional competence of prospective counselors, 400 articles related to these keywords were obtained. Based on the sorting of data analysis, 13 articles were relevant to the objectives of this research. The research results show that seven aspects of competency must be mastered, including 1) being able to carry out assessment activities; 2) mastering the theory of counseling well and being able to implement it; 3) able to develop guidance and counseling programs; 4) able to implement the designed guidance and counseling program; 5) master the process assessment instruments and counseling results assessment; 6) Understand and be able to maintain professional ethics; 7) able to carry out research in developing the science of guidance and counseling. These results are important for prospective counselors to improve their professional competence so they can compete with current global challenges. This research recommends that future researchers provide interventions to prospective counselors to improve professional competence.

The development of an infrastructure in the region can have the effect of increasing people's access to resources so that the increase in productivity can encourage economic growth. Ports as sea transportation infrastructure have a very important and strategic role for industrial and trade growth and are business segments that can contribute to the economy and national development because they are part of the chain of transportation and logistics systems. For this reason, a risk analysis is needed so that the implementation of port construction can be completed on time, in terms of cost, quality and time. This study aims to analyze the risk of port construction using a systematic literature review method. Based on research results, risk in port construction projects is influenced by external non technical (22.807%), technical project (21.053%), external technical (21.053%), internal technical (18.421%), internal non technical (8.772%) and non technical project (7.895%).

Merdeka belajar merupakan salah satu bentuk implementasi nilai-nilai pembentuk karakter bangsa dimulai dari pembenahan sistem pendidikan dan metode belajar. Tantangan seorang guru matematika untuk membuat pembelajaran menyenangkan dan siswa tidak takut serta rajin belajar matematika, guru harus mampu mewujudkan pembelajaran yang nyaman, menyenangkan, dan menarik, yang menjadi ciri dari era merdeka belajar. Tantangan guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum merdeka. Guru adalah seorang pendidik yangmemiliki peran penting dalam proses mengajar dan harus mampu mengaplikasikan suatu kurikulum di sekolah, sedanglan kurikulum adalah suatu system rencana dan pengaturan mengenai bahan pembelajaran yang diterapkan dakam aktivitas belajar mengajar. Adapun yang melatar belakangi penulis tertarik membuat jurnal dimana penulis menemukan indikasi peran guru yang belum efektif dan belum mampu mengaplikasikan kurikulum merdeka. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam pengembangan kurikulum merdeka. Artikel ini menggunakan studi pustaka atau library research dari berbagai buku, artikel dan hasil penelitian untuk mendapatkan informasi yang sedang diteliti. Hasil yang didapat oleh penulis menunjukkan adanya peran penting perkembangan kurikulum dalam suatu lembaga dan seorang guru yang harus memiliki kemampuan menyampaikan pembelajaran agar suatu kurikulum terwujud. Berdasarkan hasil anaisis dan kesimpulan pada bab pembahasan maka penulis mengajukan saran-saran sebagai berikut guru harus mampu mengetahui perkembangan teknologi, guru harus mampu mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang selalu berubah, guru harus membuat skala prioritas pekerjaan yang harus segera diselesaikan

This evaluation research was carried out with the aim of assessing how effective the use of the e-PKH application is in the Tangerang Regency Social Service, especially by PKH social assistants after the Covid-19 pandemic which spread across the region, namely 29 sub-districts. This research involved 69 PKH social assistants as subjects. Data collection used document methods, questionnaires and direct interviews. The t test that was carried out resulted in the Perception of Usefulness variable having a calculated t value of 0.054 and a t table of 0.678, which shows a picture of the e-PKH Application Effectiveness Variable (Y) negatively influencing the e-PKH application usefulness variable (X1). Meanwhile, the e-PKH application ease variable shows a calculated t value that is higher than the t table (3.967 > 0.678), meaning that the e-PKH application effectiveness variable (Y) positively influences the e-PKH application ease variable (X2). The results of the analysis also show that the calculated F value exceeds the F table (10.055 > 2.74), so the conclusion obtained is that all independent variables, namely the usefulness of the e-PKH application and the ease of the e-PKH application, simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely the effectiveness of the e-PKH application.

Rokan Hilir in the decree No. 28 of 2012 on devolution Most Authority Regents To Subdistrict, explained that there are a number of required and elective matters delegated by the regent To camat among which Affairs Development Planning. For the sub-district should be in the position of facilitating and accommodate the needs and sensitivity as a measure of the problem and what the needs of the community in implementing development. The purpose of this study was to determine how the exercise of authority in the sub-district development planning in the District Bangko Pusako Rokan Hilir. The theory used in this research is the theory of development planning by Sjafrizal. This study uses quantitative methods to type a descriptive survey research. The sampling technique for the representation of delegates village and community using purposive sampling method will choose informen research deemed to know the information and the problem in depth and can be trusted as a source of data. The collection of data obtained directly from respondents through interviews, questionnaires and observation. To analyze the data using the tools of the frequency table and the results will be concluded. Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that the implementation of the Authority Subdistrict In Development Planning in Sub Bangko Pusako can Rokan Hilir Done Enough said. Suggestions given to the District Government by a district head in order to actually run the policy that has been given for the sake of encouraging faster development process in order to realize an advanced society, and prosperous.
