Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat di MIS Al-Muhajirin adalah masih minimnya pemahaman mengenai instrumen keuangan berbasis wakaf, khususnya Cash Waqf Linked Deposit (CWLD), sehingga potensi kontribusinya dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan belum optimal. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya CWLD sebagai upaya pengentasan kemiskinan berbasis wakaf serta meningkatkan pemahaman guru sebagai fasilitator informasi kepada masyarakat. Mitra kegiatan adalah para guru di MIS Al-Muhajirin, Kota Surabaya. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu pra-kegiatan untuk identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, inti kegiatan berupa pemaparan materi dan praktik edukatif mengenai CWLD, serta evaluasi untuk menilai peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman para guru mengenai CWLD dari 14% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 93% setelah kegiatan, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 79%. Kesimpulannya, edukasi CWLD melalui pengabdian masyarakat ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman mitra dan berpotensi mendukung pengentasan kemiskinan berbasis wakaf di masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of mobile banking services on customer satisfaction in the context of digitalization at PT. KCP Hamparan Perak Bank Sumut Syariah. Along with the rapid development of digital technology in the banking sector, mobile banking has become an essential service to improve efficiency, convenience, and overall customer experience. This study employs an associative quantitative research approach to analyze the relationship between mobile banking service quality and customer satisfaction. Primary data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires to respondents who actively use mobile banking services. The research population consisted of 1,200 customers of PT. KCP Hamparan Perak Bank Sumut Syariah. Using a purposive sampling technique and the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of various mobile banking service dimensions on customer satisfaction. The findings indicate that mobile banking services have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Among the examined dimensions, information accuracy emerged as the most statistically significant factor affecting customer satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.017. This result highlights the importance of providing accurate, reliable, and timely information through mobile banking platforms. Other factors, including service confirmation, call center access, data confidentiality, and application display, also contribute positively to customer satisfaction, although their effects are relatively less significant. Overall, this study concludes that enhancing mobile banking service quality can strengthen customer trust.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai sukuk ritel berbasis investasi halal dan bebas riba dalam mendukung pengoptimalan investasi syariah. Sukuk ritel ialah instrumen investasi yang mampu mempengaruhi pertumbuhan sektor ekonomi syariah, hal ini dikarenakan sukuk ritel mampu menghimpun dana investor individu. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini ialah metode pengajaran dilakukan di dalam mesjid jami’ ulayat dengan menggunakan fotocopy dari slide presentasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan pada masyarakat Mabar Hilir Dusun 9 Desa Sampali terhadap sukuk ritel sebagai instrumen investasi syariah yang halal, bebas riba, aman, dan terjangkau. Sebelum kegiatan, tingkat pemahaman masyarakat hanya sekitar 6%, namun setelah pelaksanaan edukasi melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, dan Focus Discussion Group (FDG), pemahaman meningkat hingga sekitar 97%. Masyarakat tidak hanya mampu menjelaskan kembali konsep, mekanisme, dan risiko sukuk ritel, tetapi juga menunjukkan minat dan kesadaran investasi berbasis tujuan sosial. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil mengoptimalkan peran Masjid Jami’ Ulayat sebagai pusat edukasi dan inklusi keuangan syariah berbasis komunitas, meskipun masih terdapat keterbatasan pada durasi kegiatan dan pendalaman praktik investasi.

Abstract

The inadequate integration of ethical principles into corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices remains a persistent challenge, undermining public trust and long-term business sustainability. This study aims to investigate how the implementation of business ethics can enhance the effectiveness of CSR within corporate settings. Employing a literature review methodology, the research analyzes academic publications, regulatory frameworks, and corporate reports related to business ethics and CSR. The findings demonstrate that the consistent application of ethical values enriches the meaning and impact of CSR initiatives, improves corporate reputation, and fosters stronger, more sustainable stakeholder relationships. However, challenges such as organizational cultural diversity and insufficient internalization of ethical principles within corporate systems and cultures continue to hinder progress. Consequently, strategic efforts are essential to move beyond treating business ethics as mere normative ideals toward fully embedding them as core values in CSR practices aimed at achieving social and environmental sustainability.
