Abstract

Literacy is part of the opportunities and challenges of Islamic banking in Indonesia, Islamic banking literacy needs to be carried out to various segments of society. The level of Islamic financial literacy is low, reaching only 9.14% in 2022. Financial literacy is an intrinsic factor that influences and motivates people to seek information and act based on what they know. Literacy can be used as a tool to further increase public understanding of Islamic banking in an effort to increase the market size of Islamic banks. In 2022, around 65.82 million people or nearly a quarter (24.00%) of Indonesia's population are in the age group between 16-30 years or are referred to as youth. Teenagers as part of Indonesian society become agents of change and have potential in the development of Islamic banks. This community service activity was carried out at the Jami' Ulayat Percut Sei Tuan Mosque. Abstract

This research is a systematic review of the application of business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in multinational companies, by comparing global and local perspectives. lThe method used is a systematic literature review of 18 scientific articles. The results show that multinational companies apply global ethical and CSR standards, but in practice need to be adjusted to local values and norms. These adjustments pose ethical challenges, but also open up opportunities for more meaningful collaboration with communities. The global-local approach is key to maintaining the sustainability and legitimacy of companies in various countries.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan partisipasi generasi milenial dalam wakaf sebagai salah satu cara membangun perekonomian umat Islam yang kuat dan tangguh. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan ceramah, tanya jawab, dan evaluasi terhadap remaja Masjid Jami’ Ulayat Percut Sei Tuan selama tiga bulan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep dan manfaat wakaf, antusiasme terhadap wakaf produktif, serta peningkatan minat dalam berwakaf. Dengan pendekatan interaktif, peserta termotivasi untuk mempraktikkan wakaf dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The purpose of halal business, as a part of the processing industry grounded in Sharia principles, is to produce goods that are not only halal but also thayyib—meaning safe, healthy, and of high quality for consumption or use. The concept of halal extends beyond the avoidance of prohibited (haram) substances; it also encompasses aspects of safety, quality, and compliance with procedures related to processing, storage, packaging, transportation, and distribution. Halal is increasingly recognized not merely as a religious notion, but as a comprehensive quality standard. As the halal industry continues to grow both globally and nationally, effective and professional management is required to ensure its sustainability and competitiveness. This study aims to explore the integration between Islamic legal principles and management practices in the development of the halal industry. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, drawing upon relevant journal articles and the book Discourse on the Theology of Economics and the Halal Industry. The findings reveal that Islam encourages active participation of its followers in various economic sectors—including agriculture, fisheries, plantation management, industry, and trade—while upholding Sharia values. Keywords: halal industry, Sharia-based management, Islamic economics, halal-thayyib, literature review

Abstract

Penerapan manajemen risiko dalam mengelola keuangan organisasi merupakan hal yang sangat fundamental. Pencapaian tujuan organisasi setiap komponen organisasi harus ditigasi risiko sedini mungkin agar efektif dan efisien. Konsekuensi logisnya, jika organisasi memiliki manajemen risiko yang terukur, maka segala bentuk kerugian organisasi dapat diminimalisir. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan seminar bertema “Penerapan Manajemen Risiko Berbasis Syariah dalam Mengelola Keuangan Organisasi”. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Masjid al-Amanah Tanjung Mulia Medan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Power Point sebagai presentasi materi. Hasilnya para pengurus masjid termotivasi untuk menerapkan manajemen risiko berbasis syariah dalam mengelola keuangan organisasi.

Abstract

Produk fashion di Tabpay Catalog, dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Potensi Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 94 mahasiswi FEB yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion melalui Tabpay Catalog. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Uji Regresi linier berganda untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh variabel promosi harga dan diskon terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa baik variabel Promosi, Harga dan Diskon memiliki signifikansi < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Promosi, Harga dan Diskon mempengaruhi secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian. Dalam Uji F terlihat bahwa F tabel memiliki nilai lebih besar yaitu 54.956 > 2,71 yang artinya lebih besar dari F hitung. Maka dalam penelitian ini secara bersama-sama variabel X mempengaruhi Variabel Y. Terlihat nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu sebesar 0,913 artinya adalah sebesar 91,3% variabel keputusan pembelian di Tabpay catalog (Y) yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel promosi (X1), harga (X2), dan diskon (X3). Sisanya yaitu sebesar 9% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of MSME financing development at PT Bank Sumut KCPsy Hamparan Perak, with a focus on strategies, challenges, and solutions within the framework of Islamic banking. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and conclusion techniques. The findings reveal that MSME financing is implemented comprehensively by prioritizing sharia principles, including direct engagement with business actors, financing through mudharabah and musyarakah contracts, and provision of post-financing assistance. However, several obstacles hinder optimal implementation, such as low financial literacy, limited business legality, unstable MSME income, and insufficient field officers. To address these challenges, the bank has introduced financial literacy programs, assisted with business legality, enhanced officer capacity, and developed digital innovations. These measures have contributed to sustaining growth in financing while reinforcing the role of Islamic banks in supporting community-based economic development.

Technology tools in this day and age has a lot of positive effects or impacts to opportunities in making it easier for humans to find and provide various sources of information, one of which is included in this case is social media such as Facebook, Instagram. In this social media can do marketing products through various up-to-date online websites, in social media is a supporting tool for promoting goods and products in umkm to date. nowadays. The research conducted intends to find out that this social media is one of the supporting tools for marketing fashion store products. In managing and promoting fashion store products owned by Mrs. Jannah using social media applications, one of which is often used is faceboook and Instagram, besides that Mrs. Jannah often uses the Facebook application as the main means of promoting goods and products, because mothers or the surrounding environment use the application more often than other applications. use the application than other applications. This research using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, with this means that researchers have conducted interviews to conduct and analyze data that can be used by researchers to support research. analyze data that can be used by researchers in supporting effective, accurate and effective research , hat is effective, accurate and effective.

Abstract

Islam merupakan agama yang memberikan ajaran kepada penganutnya tentang keadilan lawan kata dari zalim, kasih sayang antar sesama mahkluk seluruh ajaran yang tertulis dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadis serta ijma ulama mengatakan bahwa ajaran islam memberikan keadilan seluruhnya, makanya dari itu Islam melarang sangat keras pemeluknya melakukan praktek riba dalam kehidupannya. Bahkan riba termasuk kata Rasulullah termasuk salah satu dosa besar yang harus ditinggalkan.Setiap manusia yang melakukan riba maka terputus keberkahan dari Allah dan rasulnya. Begitu juga dalam hal kebahagian pelaku riba tidak akan mendapatkan kebahagian dalam hidupnya, termasuk juga kekayaan pelaku riba tidak akan mendapatkan kekayaan yang membawa manfaat untuk kehidupan akhiratnya. Oleh karena itu setiap umat muslim wajib meninggalkan riba termasuk anak-anak MAS Miftahussalam
