Abstract

Kampung Kusamba Village is one of the villages located in Klungkung Regency, Bali which has a goal of being a tourist village. With the support of having a lot of tourism potential in the village, of course this village can become a tourist destination for the people of Indonesia, one of the tourism potentials in the Kampung Kusamba village is religious tourism of the Makam Wali Pitu. The Purpose of education on financial governance is to provide knowledge and skills regarding financial governance to the administrators of the Makam Wali Pitu through training in improving financial management

Abstract

Spinach is one of the agricultural commodities that are widely cultivated by farmers. This commodity is better known by the public as a vegetable that is easy to obtain and has many health benefits. The abundance of spinach during harvest in the village of Kumba makes villagers confused about what to process spinach into, there are even farmers who throw their crops into the river due to confusion about what to make in a hydroponic green house. This problem was then used by UNDIKNAS Bali students who had KKN in the village of Kampung Kusamba to create UMKM which would later be run by PKK women. It turns out that this UMKM is still not running optimally due to several problems, so this service aims to. Provide knowledge about operational management, so that it can work effectively and efficiently, and provide knowledge about good marketing management, and the use of social media to support digital marketing. Media promotion can be carried out by utilizing Linktree and Instagram as active promotional media in the field. Then it is necessary to develop business sales by utilizing social media as a forum for product marketing through social media accounts which are promotional platforms. This activity was carried out to help spinach chip business actors to increase sales by introducing ways to use social media as a promotional medium

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Emotional Labor among Generation Z workers, focusing on the emotional challenges they face in the workplace, especially in coffee shops. Generation Z, an innovative but stress-prone generation, is often exposed to pressure from personal problems that can affect their performance. This study explores workers' experiences in managing emotions amid high work demands through a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through interviews with employees and managers from various coffee shops and psychology practitioners. The study results indicate that the ability to control emotions and implement effective coping strategies is essential for Gen Z workers in maintaining work performance. In addition, support from management in creating a positive work environment and emotional skills training programs are needed to help them overcome existing challenges. These findings provide new insights into the importance of managing Emotional Labor in the workplace and implications for developing better human resource policies that can support employee mental health and performance in the modern era.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia kerja di era digital menuntut mahasiswa memiliki kesiapan kerja yang tidak hanya didasarkan pada kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga kompetensi, motivasi, dan kemampuan adaptasi karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan career adaptability sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa akhir di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 102 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja dan career adaptability. Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap career adaptability. Selanjutnya, career adaptability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja dan mampu memediasi pengaruh pengembangan kompetensi terhadap kesiapan kerja, tetapi tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa lebih efektif dilakukan melalui penguatan kompetensi dan kemampuan adaptasi karier.
