Abstract

The SMK Centre of Excellence program present aims to produce competent and highlighted graduates by the working world of its competent graduates can be superior to its discretion. This study is a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach is a research method that describes the object of research by the obtained in the field to obtain maximum results, this study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation as a reference to obtain the desired results. The result of this research is (1)SMKN PP Cianjurimplement eight vocational programs excellence centers by cooperating with IDUKI, speakers from the branch of education department of Region VI, University of Bandung, and BMTI as the companion of vocational center of excellence. As well as using methods adapted to the type of activity. (2) partners who cooperate with SMKN PP Cianjur CV. Dejee fish, PT Suritani Pemuka, BBPBAT Sukabumi, BBPPMPV Cianjur, Pt. Aquatech Indo, Jd Grosir, Poktan Titipan Ilahi, Poktan Tani Makmur The form of cooperation between schools and partners such as link and match cooperation, teacher training, implementation of competency test, and absorption of graduation. (3)the impact of the vocational program center of excellence is the increasing number of teachers who have certificates, of Competence, Improve the facilities and infrastructure of IDUKA standards, can use the digital platform, and can increase partnership with IDUKA.

Abstract

Educational units carry out short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning in order to achieve their goals. Planning is not a simple activity. This is because its formulation requires an understanding of the alignment with the vision and mission of the educational unit. Planning that has been prepared does not always run according to previous provisions. This study aims to describe the planning of the Center of Excellence Vocational School program through the Industrial World and the World of Work so that graduates are competent in their fields. The researcher used a qualitative research method. Meanwhile, the data collection method used observation, interview, and documentation study methods. Sample selection was carried out by purposive sampling. In other words, the samples in this study were the principal, teachers, and students. The research activities were carried out in the 2024 academic year. The results of the study showed: (1) SMKN PP Cianjur has prepared eight programs (planning); (2) SMKN PP Cianjuar collaborates with IDUKA; (3) The positive impact of the Center of Excellence Vocational School program is the creation of competent graduates who are accepted in the world of work.

Abstract

Praktik pengasuhan di rumah memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan pendidikan dasar, namun integrasinya dalam manajemen kemitraan sekolah di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi manajemen kemitraan sekolah–orang tua berbasis gaya pengasuhan (parenting styles) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengasuhan di sekolah dasar. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di dua sekolah dasar negeri di Jawa Barat. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi perencanaan kemitraan, mulai dari komunikasi satu arah hingga program parenting workshop yang sistematis. Implementasi kemitraan yang dialogis dan terstruktur terbukti efektif mendorong kesadaran orang tua untuk mengadopsi pola asuh otoritatif yang seimbang. Perubahan ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan kemandirian dan regulasi diri peserta didik. Kesimpulannya, manajemen kemitraan berbasis parenting styles merupakan strategi organisasional krusial yang menjembatani sistem keluarga dan sekolah, di mana keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada dukungan kepemimpinan dan pemanfaatan media komunikasi digital.
