Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of empowerment of people with disabilities by Lingkar Sosial. Lingkar Sosial is a social organization that accommodates people with disabilities in Indonesia. In Indonesia, related to empowerment of disabilities is regulated by Government Regulation No. 52 of 2019 concerning Achieving Welfare for People with Disabilities. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data from literature reviews as supporting materials. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that Lingkar Sosial has an important role in empowering people with disabilities through economic, social and cultural empowerment. Lingkar Sosial has played a good role, there has been a structured and continuous work program every year, collaborating with various parties, and development for staff in managing people with disabilities. For sustainability, it is necessary to further improve cooperation with the government, academics and other parties that can strengthen the role of Lingkar Sosial.

Abstract

Kelompok Pengrajin Bambu desa Duwet merupakan usaha yang terbentuk secara resmi dalam wadah Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) sejak tahun 2010, Berdasarkan hasil observasi, hasil penjualan mitra masih rendah disebabkan karena rendahnya diversifikasi produk, pemasaran yang terbatas, serta rendahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga pemasaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra agar dapat memaksimalkan penjualan. Metode pelaksanaan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada yaitu dengan branstorming membuat design brosur, pamflet dan website serta pendampingan dan pelatihan menjadi tenaga marketing pada kelompok pengrajin anyaman bambu. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra yang dibuktikan dengan kemampuan membuat brosur/pamflet produk, menjalankan sistem penjualan menggunakan website yang telah didesain oleh tim pengabdi. Dengan hasil tersebut diharapkan mitra dapat meningkatkan penjualannya

Abstract

Rendahnya minat anak-anak untuk menikmati lagu anak Indonesia menjadi keprihatinan semua. Museum Musik Indonesia yang menjadi mitra pada kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyrakat (PkM) ini, memberikan bukti bahwa koleksi lagu anak Indonesia di Museum Musik Indonesia, jarang dilihat oleh pengunjung, termasuk anak-anak. Sehingga kegiatan PkM ini fokus pada menciptakan informasi yang menarik tentang koleksi lagu anak Indonesia, dengan menyusun informasi berbentuk infografis pada e-catalog di website Museum Musik Indonesia. Metode yang dilakukan, pertama melakukan identifikasi kemudian mengelompokkan koleksi lagu anak Indonesia berdasarkan media simpannya (vinyl dan kaset pita). Selanjutnya menyusun rancangan, dan terakhir disusun infografisnya. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini menyediakan informasi koleksi lagu anak Indonesia yang menarik dan dapat diakses dengan mudah pada website Museum Musik Indonesia oleh masyarakat luas terutama anak-anak, sehingga lagu anak Indonesia dinikmati dan dinyayikan kembali oleh anak-anak Indonesia.

Abstract

In the digital era, business competition had become increasingly intense, pushing companies to adopt more effective and innovative promotional strategies. Many small and medium enterprises, including MAB Screen Printing in Jember, still relied on conventional promotional methods that often failed to reach a broader audience. To adapt to the evolving digital landscape, the use of technology particularly a website was seen as a vital step in expanding market visibility. In response to this need, a company profile website was developed for MAB Screen Printing using the WordPress content management system. This effort aimed not only to modernize the company's promotional approach but also to test how effective the website would be as a digital marketing tool amidst current challenges. To ensure that the analysis of the website delivered both function and impact, input was gathered from web development professionals, marketing experts, and a group of customers. Their feedback helped evaluate key aspects such as user experience, content clarity, and service interaction offered through the website. The final evaluation of this study showed that the website had met high standards of quality and effectiveness. It was positively received by both experts and users, confirming its strength as a promotional medium. Recommendations were made for the company to continue developing the website and make the most of its features to support future digital growth.
