Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance teachers' creativity in designing innovative, entrepreneurship-based learning at SMK Negeri 1 Tinambung. Situation analysis revealed that the school’s teaching methods remain predominantly conventional, limiting student engagement and motivation, which is essential for modern educational demands. To address this, the proposed solutions included teacher creativity enhancement training, assistance in integrating technology into teaching, and the formation of an innovative learning community. The program successfully increased teachers' knowledge and skills in applying entrepreneurship-based learning strategies and educational technology, despite time and facility limitations. Results indicate improved teacher ability to create relevant, inspiring lessons, positively impacting students’ learning motivation. Abstrak Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam merancang pembelajaran inovatif berbasis kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 1 Tinambung. Analisis situasi menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran di sekolah ini masih dominan menggunakan metode konvensional yang kurang sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman, sehingga menurunkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, diusulkan solusi berupa pelatihan peningkatan kreativitas guru, pendampingan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, dan pembentukan komunitas pembelajaran inovatif. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis kewirausahaan dan teknologi pendidikan, meskipun terdapat hambatan dalam hal waktu dan fasilitas. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang relevan dan inspiratif, yang berdampak pada motivasi siswa untuk belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of Pancasila values in the lives of religious people in Indonesian social society. The literature study approach is used to investigate the social and cultural context of Indonesia, challenges, efforts, and conflicts related to the application of Pancasila values in the context of religious people. The results show that Indonesia, as a country rich in cultural and religious diversity, faces challenges in ensuring that the values of Pancasila can accommodate such diversity without sacrificing the unity and unity of the nation. Despite concrete efforts from various parties, including the government and civil society, to build tolerance and harmony between religious communities, conflict, discrimination, and intolerance remain relevant issues. There is a gap between the idealism of Pancasila and everyday practice, which is often triggered by differences in beliefs, political tensions, and socioeconomic issues. The implications of this study point to the need for concrete steps to address these challenges, including strengthening interfaith dialogue, promoting multicultural education, and implementing the values of Pancasila in daily life. Only with mutual cooperation and commitment can Indonesia maintain diversity and strengthen unity within the framework of Pancasila as the foundation of the country.
