Abstract

Data Biro Pusat Statisti (BPS) tahun 2015 menunjukan bahwa inat baca pada anak usia dini di Indonesia masih rendah (13,3% gemar membaca) dan lebih suka menonton televise (91,4%)  Padahal, minat baca sangat penting dan dapat ditumbuhkan sejak dini melalui kebiasaan membaca. Semakin tinggi minat baca, semakin baik pula kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bisa mengantarkan bangsa ke arah kemajuan. Untuk menumbuhkan minat baca pada anak usia dini, kegiatan abdimas ini melakukan berbagai upaya, seperti sosialisasi kepada orang tua dan guru tentang pentingnya membaca, revitalisasi bangunan PAUD, donasi buku bacaan, kegiatan membaca, dan mendengarkan dongeng atau cerita anak. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan bisa menciptakan ruang belajar dan membaca, menyediakan buku bacaan, dan membuat anak-anak semakin tertarik untuk belajar membaca..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap Pengaruh Pola Asuh Orang Tua Terhadap Perkembangan Emosional Anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa TK Islam Amanah Kegiatan belajar di Jatibening Baru Bekasi. Penelitian menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 20 orang anak usia dini. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui instrumen yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap perkembangan emosional anak usia dini. Uji coba instrumen pola asuh orang tua diperoleh reliabel sebesar 0,328, dan instrumen perkembangan emosional diperoleh reliabilitas sebesar 0,500. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan emosional anak, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar r=0,601 dan nilai p<0,05. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pola asuh yang baik dalam membentuk karakter dan emosional anak, serta perlunya kesabaran orang tua dalam mendidik anak agar dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan sosial.

Abstract

This discussion describes the concepts of trust and accountability in the Qur'an and its relevance to the management of human resources (HR) of Islamic education. Trust is understood as a moral and professional responsibility that is carried out with integrity, while accountability emphasizes the obligation to account for every action and decision. The integration of these values becomes the ethical and operational foundation in the management of Islamic education human resources that are oriented towards quality, professionalism, and character. The Ulumul Qur'an approach is used to understand Quranic values contextually so that they can be actualized in the practice of institutional management of Islamic education. The results show that the internalization of trust and accountability plays an important role in building a responsible work culture, improving the quality of human resources, and supporting the achievement of Islamic education goals in a holistic and sustainable manner

Abstract

Islamic education management has a strategic role in the development of science by placing management as an epistemological paradigm. Management shapes the direction, method, and orientation of scientific development through policies, institutional structures, and managed academic culture. Literature reviews are conducted on books, scientific journals, academic articles, as well as policies and guidelines for the management of relevant Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study show that the management of Islamic education does not only function administratively, but also builds a managed scientific rationality, supports the production of knowledge in a systematic, directed, and responsible manner, and maintains academic integrity. Management also allows the integration of modern science and Islamic scientific traditions dialogically, so that the development of knowledge is reflective, critical, and adaptive. Thus, the management of Islamic education contributes to the birth of an integrative, value-oriented, rational, and transcendental scientific paradigm, and supports the creation of the development of science that is meaningful, sustainable, and plays a role in the advancement of scientific civilization.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze the influence of tax service quality, education level, and taxpayer understanding on the compliance of individual taxpayers, with a specific focus on the tax reporting indicator. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 65 individual taxpayers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that simultaneously, the independent variables significantly influence taxpayer compliance. However, partially, only taxpayer understanding has a significant effect, while tax service quality and education level do not show a significant influence. These findings indicate that taxpayer understanding plays a crucial role in encouraging tax reporting compliance. Therefore, enhancing tax education and outreach efforts should be a priority to improve tax compliance. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pajak, tingkat pendidikan, dan pemahaman wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi, dengan fokus pada indikator pelaporan pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 65 responden wajib pajak orang pribadi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Namun secara parsial, hanya variabel pemahaman wajib pajak yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan kualitas pelayanan pajak dan tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pemahaman wajib pajak memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong kepatuhan pelaporan pajak. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan edukasi dan sosialisasi pajak kepada wajib pajak perlu menjadi prioritas untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan perpajakan.

Abstract

This study examines two leadership models transformational leadership and servant leadership from an Islamic perspective. The issue addressed concerns how these two leadership models can be applied within Islamic organizational contexts and how they differ in achieving shared organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the principles of transformational leadership and servant leadership within the framework of Islamic teachings and to explore how both models contribute to the effectiveness of organizations grounded in Islamic values. The research employs a qualitative literature review method, analyzing texts related to Islamic leadership as well as contemporary leadership studies published between 2015 and 2025. The findings indicate that transformational leadership in Islam emphasizes personal transformation through spiritual and moral development, characterized by four core dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. In contrast, servant leadership prioritizes service, empathy, and self-sacrifice for the collective good by placing followers’ needs at the forefront. Recent empirical studies demonstrate that both leadership models have been successfully implemented in Islamic educational institutions. Transformational leadership shows a significant positive effect on organizational commitment (r = 0.68, p < 0.01), while servant leadership exhibits a strong association with job satisfaction (β = 0.72, p < 0.001). Although differing in focus, these two approaches complement one another in fostering effective leadership rooted in Islamic values such as trustworthiness (amanah), justice (‘adl), and consultation (shura). The study concludes that both leadership models are relevant for enhancing leadership quality in Islamic organizations. The synergy between transformational and servant leadership forms an inclusive Islamic leadership model that balances organizational change with human-centered service. The implications suggest that applying both models can strengthen leadership values oriented toward service and positive social transformation, particularly within Islamic educational institutions facing contemporary challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Qur'an can serve as a foundation for the reconstruction of religious worldview in Islamic education. The issue addressed is how Islamic education can integrate Qur'anic values to form a holistic worldview that encompasses not only spiritual aspects but also social, moral, and intellectual dimensions. The purpose of this research is to explore the concept of worldview in the Qur'an and its application in the context of Islamic education. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, examining Qur'anic texts and works of scholars discussing the relationship between religious worldview and education. The findings indicate that the Qur'an offers a comprehensive worldview that covers personal, social, and spiritual aspects of life. The reconstruction of a religious worldview in Islamic education based on the Qur'an can shape individuals with a balance between knowledge, ethics, and spirituality. By integrating Qur'anic teachings into education, students can form a more holistic perspective on the world and life. In conclusion, the Qur'an holds significant potential as a foundation for constructing a holistic religious worldview in Islamic education, which can equip students with a profound understanding of their role in this world and the hereafter. The implications of this study suggest the importance of applying Qur'anic teachings in Islamic education curricula to create more balanced and responsible individuals.
