Abstract

This study explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in interpersonal communication, focusing on the opportunities and challenges in the digital era. Through a comprehensive literature review, we examine how AI technologies such as virtual assistants, chatbots, and predictive algorithms are reshaping the landscape of personal interactions. The research highlights AI's potential in enhancing communication efficiency, personalization, and accessibility, while also addressing critical challenges including the loss of emotional depth, user frustration, and authenticity issues. Furthermore, the study delves into ethical considerations surrounding AI-mediated communication, particularly privacy concerns, technological dependence, and the creation of filter bubbles. Our findings suggest that while AI offers unprecedented opportunities for streamlined and personalized communication, it also poses significant challenges to the emotional and ethical dimensions of interpersonal relationships. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on human-AI interaction and provides insights for developing more balanced and ethical approaches to integrating AI in everyday communication.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin. Penelitian ini memiliki manfaat teoritis  dan manfaat  praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berupa angka dan analisis statistik dengan jumlah sampel 84 orang. Metode untuk mengumpulkan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis regresi sederhana menggunakan SPSS 26 For Windows.             Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi yang terjalin di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin dapat dikategorikan baik dengan persentase terbesar 48,81% pada indikator komunikasi antar pegawai dan partisipasi pegawai. Komunikasi organisasi memberi pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan berlandaskan temuan uji t yang menjelaskan t hitung 23,709 > t tabel 1,989. Pegawai yang bekerja di Fakultas Pertanian Unhas sebanyak 50% menyatakan setuju bahwa mereka memiliki kemampuan analitis, kemampuan kepemimpinan, dan keterampilan teknis yang diperlukan dalam bidang kerjanya. Pengaruh komunikasi organisasi (X) pada kinerja pegawai (Y) senilai 87,3% dan 12,7% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak masuk di penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perception of SMAN 10 Makassar students on educational content published by the Instagram account @xavieraaputri, especially in increasing learning motivation. Along with the development of social media, especially Instagram, this platform plays a significant role in providing a positive influence through educational content from influencers. Xaviera Putri, an educational influencer, actively shares inspirational content, learning tips, and scholarship information that is relevant to students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interviews with 5-10 students who follow the @xavieraaputri account. Through this interview, the researcher explores students' perceptions regarding the influence of educational content on their learning motivation. The data obtained were analyzed to find patterns of student responses to the content and its impact on learning motivation. The results showed that the majority of students responded positively, felt more motivated, and were encouraged to improve their academic achievement after following the content. Thus, educational content from influencers on social media has significant potential in influencing students' learning motivation.
