Abstract

Standard operating procedure atau biasa disingkat SOP merupakan panduan untuk memastikan kegiatan operasional organisasi atau perusahaan berjalan dengan lancar. Penggunaan SOP dalam organisasi bertujuan untuk memastikan organisasi beroperasi secara konsisten, efektif, efisien, sistematis dan terkelola dengan baik, untuk menghasilkan produk yang memiliki mutu konsisten sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap pekerja terhadap penerapan standar operasional prosesur dengan kejadian penyakit akibat kerja dan produktivitas kerja pada pekerja di PT. Pelindo (Persero) Regional IV Cabang Makassar New Port Tahun 2022.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah 77 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan uji chi-square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (alpha=0.05). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara sikap pekerja terhadap  penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dengan kejadian Penyakit Akibat Kerja (PAK) diperoleh bahwa nilai p value=0.919>0.05 dan ada hubungan antara sikap pekerja terhadap penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dengan produktivitas kerja yang sangat baik diperoleh bahwa nilai p value=0.001<0.05 di PT. Pelindo (Persero) Regional IV Cabang Makassar New Port Tahun 2022.Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pekerja lebih meningkatkan sikap patuh terhadap prosedur untuk menjaga kesehatan dan keselamatan diri, memberlakukan sistem hukuman bagi pekerja yang bekerja tidak sesuai dengan prosedur, karena bekerja sesuai dengan prosedur akan membuat pekerjaan lebih cepat dan singkat dalam mecapai target perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to conceptually examine the role of visual media in Arabic vocabulary learning and its relevance in the context of education in the digital era. Vocabulary mastery is a fundamental component in learning Arabic; however, in practice, vocabulary learning often encounters various challenges, such as the abstract nature of vocabulary, low student motivation, and the dominance of conventional teaching methods. This study employed a qualitative approach using library research. Data were obtained through a review of relevant scholarly sources, including books, journal articles, and previous research related to visual media and Arabic language learning. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis to examine the concepts, roles, and effectiveness of visual media in Arabic vocabulary instruction. The findings indicate that visual media, both conventional and digital, play a significant role in improving vocabulary comprehension, strengthening memory retention, and increasing students’ motivation and engagement in the learning process. Visual media also help transform abstract vocabulary into more concrete and contextual representations, making learning more meaningful and effective. Nevertheless, the implementation of visual media still faces several challenges, including limited facilities, teachers’ digital competence, and the suboptimal use of technology in learning activities. Therefore, it is necessary to develop innovative instructional strategies and enhance teachers’ competencies to ensure that visual media can be utilized effectively and sustainably in Arabic language learning.

Abstract

Although digital technology has brought major changes to global education, studies that specifically address comparisons of the effectiveness and integration strategies of traditional and digital visual media across geographic contexts with limited infrastructure remain very limited. This study aimed to provide an in-depth analysis of the comparison between traditional and digital visual media, covering their advantages, inherent limitations, and implications for use in both general education and Islamic education settings. The study employed a descriptive-comparative qualitative approach with a literature review design, conducting a systematic analysis of diverse primary and secondary literature published over the past ten years. Data were collected through rigorous literature identification and document classification and were analyzed using a descriptive-comparative method to comprehensively synthesize findings from prior studies. The results showed that traditional visual media remain highly relevant for supporting direct interaction, value internalization, and character formation, whereas digital visual media are superior in enhancing learning motivation and the effectiveness of content delivery through dynamic visualization and high interactivity. In addition, the study identified the risks of technological dependence and declining interest in reading physical books as critical anomalies associated with the use of digital media. These findings contributed substantially to the development of instructional media theory through the formulation of a Hybrid-Visual integration model grounded in Dual Coding Theory. The study concludes that synergy between traditional and digital visual media is essential for holistic learning and suggests that educators develop digital literacy without abandoning a personal and humanistic approach. The implications include recommendations for educational institutions to continue facilitating conventional media use to support affective depth while expanding digital infrastructure that is adaptive to the needs of the digital generation.
