Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengelolaan pendidikan inklusi di sekolah Quantum Brain Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaraan pengelolaan pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah Quantum Brain Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif denganjenis penelitian studi khusus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Inklusi Quantum Brain Makassar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru terapis dan guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data mengguakan model Miles dan huberman. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah Quantum Brain Makassar terdiri dari : 1) Pengelolaan kurikulum inklusif dilakukan beberapa tahap yakni, melakukan asesmen, mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajaran serta kurikulum, menentukan model/metode pembelajaran serta menyiapkan media pembelajaran. 2) Manajemen peserta didik dimulai dari penerimaan peserta didik, pembinaan peserta didik kemudian evaluasi peserta didik. 3) Manajemen tenaga pendidik dilakukan dengan cara melakukan screaning, seleksi bagi guru ABK dan training bagi tenaga pendidik baru. 4) Faktor pendukung pengelolaan pendidikan yaitu dukungan orangtua, media pembelajaran, model/metode pembelajaran. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu gedung sekolah dan ruang kelas yang sempit. This research examines the management of inclusive education at the Quantum Brain Makassar school. The purpose of this study was to describe the management of inclusive education at Quantum Brain Makassar School. This research approach is qualitative with a special study type of research. This research was conductedat the Quantum Brain Inclusion School Makassar. Sources of data in this study were school principals, therapist teachers and classroom teachers. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman models. Checking the validity ofthe data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the management of inclusive education at Quantum Brain Makassar School consists of: 1) Inclusive curriculum management is carried out in several stages, namely conducting assessments, preparing learning tools and curricula, determining learning models/methods and preparing learning media. 2) Student management starts from student acceptance, student development and then student evaluation. 3)Management of teaching staff is carried out by screening, selection for ABK teachers and training for new educators. 4) Factors supporting education management, namely parental support, learning media, learning models/methods. While the inhibiting factors are school buildings and narrow classrooms.

Abstract

9,278 lives have been lost. 130,538 patients are still struggling. However, 85,831 people have proven that sick because of the new type of Corona Virus or COVID-19 can be cured. (Liputan6.com). In Indonesia, there were 12,438 cases of Corona virus infection with 895 people dying and 2,317 declared. The World Health Organization (WHO) has paid special attention to the special policies of a number of countries that have begun to ease lockdowns or lockdowns in their territories. (Sindonews.com May 7, 2020). As a result of this pandemic, the life of the Indonesian economy has become devastated. The service and trade sectors have become stagnant. So that many of us see and read in the mass media, termination of employment to informal sector workers because production is hampered. The social impact caused by this pandemic has become a serious concern of the government by forming a task force. This task force coordinated by the social service distributed social assistance to people affected by the Covid 19 outbreak. In terms of distribution of distribution, social services have involved all lines of government starting from the lowest line, as well as reporting of results, also involving all areas of supervision, one of which is the inspectorate
