Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous literature as a support for the arguments being discussed. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from BUMN leaders and employees spread throughout Indonesia. The conclusion in this research show that the Transglobal Leadership variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance can be proven. This is due to the P-Values which are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.001. This is because the Intelligence of the Leader and the Wisdom of the Leader in creating policies that can facilitate employee tasks can ultimately improve Employee Performance. In addition, in the next hypothesis, the Employee Involvement variable can strengthen the influence of the Transglobal Leadership variable on Employee Performance. This is because the same thing, namely the P-Values value is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is smaller than direct testing of 0.001. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses can be accepted.  Keywords: Transglobal Leadership,  Employee Performance, Employee Engagement

Abstract

Mulo Village is one of the villages that has adopted the concept of CBT (Community-Based Tourism) as the foundation for the development of tourist attractions. Community empowerment was chosen because the management hopes or expects that the local community can play an active role in the development of tourist attractions and directly benefit from tourism. Mulo Village has a strategic location and potential natural resources, yet currently only two natural tourist attractions are developed: Ngingrong Cave and the Sewu Mountain Geopark Batu Park. Therefore, there is still great potential to discover other attractions with appeal. The purpose of this research is to map the tourism potential in Mulo Village and to understand the characteristics of tourism in Mulo Village based on the indicators of sustainable tourism. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to identify tourism management and explore the potential in Mulo Village. Based on the research findings, it is known that Mulo Village has human and natural resources that serve as tourism attractions. In principle, Mulo Village does not yet meet the principles of sustainable tourism development, so improvements are needed in aspects such as human resources and the uniqueness of the attractions. From the seven principles of community-based tourism development, Mulo Village still does not meet these seven principles and thus requires development in areas such as accommodation, promotion, services, the development of industry and agriculture, and transportation infrastructure.
