Abstract

This research aim to determine : (1) the effect of trust toward on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia at Central Jakarta. (2) the effect od perceived risk towardon purchasing decisions on Tokopedia at Cental Jakarta. (3) the effect of trust and perceived risk toward on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia at Central Jakarta. The type of research used in this study was a survey. The population in this study was citizens of Central Jakarta familiar with Tokopedia.com site. The total sample of 150 people. The data collection technique used in this study was quuestionnaire that has been tasted for validly and reliability. The data analysis technique employed in this study to answer the hypothesis was multiple regressions. The result of this study shows that : (1) There is a positive effect of trust toward on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia at Central Jakarta. It is proven from the value of 4,020 with 0,000 significance value of less than 0,05 (0,000<0,05). (2) There is a negative effect of perceived risk toward on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia at Central Jakarta. It is proven from the value of -0,796 with 0,428 significance value of more than 0,05 (0,428>0,05). (3) There is a positive effect of trust and perceived risk toward on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia at Central Jakarta. It is proven from the value of 8,354 with 0,000 significance value of less than 0,05 (0,000<0,05). Based on this, it is recommended to continue to boost consumer confidence by minimizing the risks that exist in electronic commerce transactions in order to achieve customer satisfaction so that recommend the purchase to others.

Abstract

Directorate-General of Tax (DJP) consistently reforms its tax administration system, among others by upgrading the Directorate-General of Tax Information System (SIDPJ) application to improve the previous application and therefore enable the tax officers for more efficient and effective work. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Directorate-General of Tax Information System (SIDJP) to improve employee performance in 2021 (A Case Study at the Pasar Rebo Small Tax Office). The method used in the research was qualitative-descriptive using interviews, observation, and documentation to collect the data. The result of the research on the effectiveness of the SIDJP application shows that it has been effective in improving employee performance, as evidenced by the result of the interviews where employees find that they were facilitated in performing tax administration particularly tax administration and monitoring. However, the facts on the ground show that there were problems with the speed of access and occasional offline/downtime. Therefore, the recommended input for the system is to upgrade the SIDJP application with a more modern display and user-friendly layout to increase the storage and upgrade the server and bandwidth for faster data sending and receiving.

Abstract

Penelitan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. (2) pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. (3) pengaruh sosialisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi (4) pengaruh kompetensi, budaya kerja dan sosialisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan jumlah populasi 340 orang responden dan sampel adalah 184 orang responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif kompetensi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi sebesar 87.7%. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif budaya kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi sebesar 81.7%. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif sosialisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi sebesar 87.1%.(4) terdapat pengaruh positif kompetensi, budaya kerja dan sosialisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada pelayanan administrasi terpadu kecamatan (PATEN) Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi sebesar 91.6%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka disarankan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai, memiliki budaya kerja yang berintegritas dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai dengan standar pelayanan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa (KEMAS) merupakan salah satu upaya yang telah dilakukan perguruan tinggi untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kreatifitas mahasiswa melalui acara kesenian yang dipadukan dengan kegiatan berwirausaha. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengalaman nyata kepada para mahasiswa untuk menjalankan usaha dan meningkatkan daya minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan program kewirausahan dari Ndou dan metode pembelajaran kewirausahaan dari Esmi, yang mempunyai 4 tahap dan metode sebagai berikut; ) Fase Inspirasi (Inspiration); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran langsung dengan cara mengundang tamu pengusaha (inviting guest entrepreneurs), seminar kewirausahaan (entrepreneuship talks), dan bimbingan wirausaha (entrepreneurship tutoring), 2) Fase Keterlibatan (Engagement); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran operasional praktek yaitu memulai bisnis (starting business), 3) Fase Eksploitasi (exploitation); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran operasional praktik dengan cara melakukan kelas praktek (class practice). 4) Fase Keberlanjutan (Sustainment); kegiatan pada fase ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran interaktif dengan cara membangun jaringan relasi (networking). Secara keseluruhan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini terlaksana dengan baik. Kami memberikan rekomendasi untuk keberlanjutan kegiatan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Stiami (KEMAS) yakni; a) Perguruan tinggi harus membuat inkubator bisnis sebagai wadah kolaborasi para wirausaha mahasiswa, b). Perguruan tinggi perlu menyediakan sarana dan prasarana untuk kegiatan berwirausaha mahasiswa seperti kantin khusus produk-produk mahasiswa, c) Perguruan tinggi perlu membentuk tim khusus terkait event-event dan workhshop kewirausahaan agar memotivasi dan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, d) perguruan tinggi perlu mensosialisasikan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang memfasilitasi kegiatan wirausaha mahasiswa seperti Wirausaha Merdeka, Porgram Kreatiftas Mahasiswa (PKM) dan Program Pembinaan Mahasiswa Wirausaha (P2MW) agar daya minat mahasiswa berwirausaha semakin meningkat dan melahirkan para mahasiswa yang berminat untuk menjadi pengusaha.

Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan sekelompok komponen yang mempunyai keterkaitan dalam mencapai suatu tujuan. Pengembangan sistem informasi memiliki metode-metode yang beragam. Metode yang biasa digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem informasi yakni metode terstruktur dan metode berorientasi objek. Belum diketahui berapa banyak sistem informasi yang telah dikembangkan oleh metode-metode tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengidentifikasi metode pengembangan sistem informasi di Indonesia dengan data yang diperoleh dari artikel terkait sepanjang tahun 2021 tentang sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Adapun metode SLR berguna untuk mengidentifikasi pengembangan sistem informasi di Indonesia dengan pertanyaan tertentu yang relevan, penggunaan metode ini dapat dilakukan review dan identifikasi artikel jurnal secara sistematis dengan setiap proses mengikuti tahapan yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini, metode terstruktur merupakan metode yang dominan digunakan dalam menyelesaikan pengembangan sistem informasi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify significant influence between Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on firm value proxied by Price Book Value (PBV) in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a multiple linear regression method with quantitative approach and uses a purposive sampling method with sampling techniques on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The final sample of the study was 39 firm-years. The results of this study indicate that there’s a significant effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Firm Value and there’s no significant effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Firm Value. This research was expected to be a reference and material for consideration in making investment decisions for investors, as well reference for  considering company value and efforts to increase company value in order to attract investors to invest their capital for the company. Keywords : DER, NPM dan Firm Value

Abstract

(Analysis of the Implementation of Auction Procedures in an Effort to Increase Non-Tax State Revenue at the Bekasi State Property and Auction Service Office) In the current era of digitalization, auctions are a means of selling. Auctions have a significant role in the context of community needs with the principles of being fair, transparent, having legal certainty, accountability and efficiency and auctions are also a source of non- tax state revenue. The problem in this research is that the auction process does not run as it should because the number of auction requests is not comparable to the number of auctions held at the Bekasi State Property and Auction Service Office. The purpose of this research is to find out how the auction process occurs at the Bekasi State Assets and Auction Service Office, what obstacles are faced and efforts to overcome obstacles in the auction process at the Bekasi State Assets and Auction Service Office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used to support the analysis uses the policy implementation model developed by Edward III. Data collection in this research is collecting all data that has been obtained from the field in the form of observations, interviews and literature studies as well as data in the form of certain documents without exception. The results of research on the implementation of auctions at the Bekasi State Property and Auction Service Office are not optimal. It can be seen from the theory put forward by Edward III (in Suparno, 2017) that there are 4 models for implementing policies in an organization. Of the 4 models, only 3 are running well, while 1 model is not running well, namely Resources. Abstrak Di era digitalisasi saat ini lelang merupakan salah satu sarana untuk penjualan. Lelang memiliki peran yang cukup besar dalam rangka kebutuhan masyarakat dengan asasnya yang adil, transparan, mempunyai kepastian hukum, akuntabilitas serta efisien dan lelang juga merupakan salah satu sumber penerimaan negara bukan pajak. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pelaksanaan lelang yang tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya karena jumlah permohonan lelang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah lelang yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang Bekasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan lelang di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Bekasi, hambatan apa saja yang dihadapi serta Upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam proses pelaksanaan lelang di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan untuk mendukung analisis yaitu menggunakan model implementasi kebijkan yang dikembangkan oleh Edward III. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menghimpun seluruh data yang telah didapatkan dari lapangan baik berupa hasil observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka serta data-data yang berbentuk dokumen tertentu tanpa terkecuali. Hasil penelitian dalam Implementasi pelaksanaan lelang di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Bekasi belum optimal, dapat diliat dari teori yang dikemukakan oleh Edward III (dalam Suparno,2017) terdapat 4 model dalam implementasi kebijakan pada suatu organisasi. Dari 4 model tersebut hanya 3 yang sudah berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan 1 model belum berjalan dengan baik yaitu Sumber Daya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze social media optimization strategies as an effective promotional tool for Resto Ocean Garden Stasiun Malang. In today's competitive digital era, leveraging social media platforms like Instagram has become crucial for enhancing visibility and attracting customers. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, utilizing interviews, observations, and social media content analysis. The findings reveal that implemented promotional strategies - including regular visual content uploads, collaborations with local influencers, and prompt customer responses - have successfully increased engagement, customer visits, and loyalty. However, the study also identifies several limitations, such as the lack of quantitative analysis regarding the effectiveness of each content type and its financial impact. These findings provide practical contributions for culinary business operators in optimizing digital marketing strategies more strategically and measurably.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive literature review on the evolving role of sustainable finance and ethical investment as a transformative force in global capital markets. It explores the theoretical foundations that underpin ethical investing, including stakeholder theory, institutional theory, legitimacy theory, and behavioral finance. The review identifies key drivers of ethical investment, such as regulatory developments, institutional investor demand, technological innovation, and changing demographic preferences. Empirical findings indicate that sustainable investment strategies often yield comparable or superior financial performance while enhancing portfolio resilience. However, persistent implementation challenges-including inconsistent ESG metrics, greenwashing, and measurement limitations-undermine the credibility and effectiveness of ethical finance. The study highlights the need for greater standardization, reliable data, and regulatory coherence to support the sustainable integration of ESG principles into financial systems. Future research directions are proposed to deepen the understanding of ESG impact, investor behavior, and technological applications in responsible investing.
