<![CDATA[Penelitian ini Bertujuan Untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab perguruan tinggi terhadap lulusan dalam dualisme penyelenggaraan dan menganalisis Faktor – Faktor Penyebab terjadinya dualisme penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi pada putusan Nomor: 438/Pdt.Bth/2021/Pn.Mks. Metode Penelitian ini adalah kualititatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Normatif-Empiris. Hasil penenelitian ini menunjukkan Ada tiga faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya dualisme penyelenggaraan perguruan tinggi antara YPTKDD dan YPTKD yaitu terjadinya dualisme antara pengurus yayasan YPTKD dengan YPTKDD Terjadinya klaim yang menyangkut aset dan kepemilikan Yayasan, dan terjadinya masalah izin pengelolah universitas Berdasarkan Keputusan Kementrian Hukum dan HAM Nomor 28 Tahun 2004 tentang pendirian Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Karya Dharma Makassar, maka ijazah lulusan ditandatangani oleh rektor Universitas Pejuang Republik Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of universities towards graduates in implementing dualism, to analyze the factors that cause dualism in higher education institutions in decision number: 438/Pdt.Bth/2021/Pn.Mks. This research method is qualitative using a Normative-Empirical approach. The results of this research show that there are three factors that cause dualism in the administration of higher education between YPTKDD and YPTKD, namely the occurrence of dualism between the management of the YPTKD foundation and YPTKDD, the occurrence of claims covering the assets and ownership of the foundation, and the occurrence of problems with university management permits based on the Decree of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number 28 In 2004 regarding the establishment of the Karya Dharma Makassar Higher Education Foundation, graduate diplomas were signed by the Chancellor of the Republic of Indonesia Warrior University.]]>
