Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berada di Desa Karangtalun, Kecamatan Bobotsari, Kabupaten Purbalingga. Melihat kondisi lahan di Desa Karangtalun yang sebagian wilayahnya merupakan lahan subur dan banyak terdapat saluran irigasi namun banyak lahan kosong, maka dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai lahan tanaman sayuran dengan menambah wawasan pengetahuan tentang metode pengolahan lahan serta tentang tanaman sayur kara. Tanaman sayur kara merupakan tanaman yang cepat panen dan memiliki kandungan gizi tinggi serta mudah tumbuh di berbagai jenis tanah baik di sawah maupun di pekarangan rumah sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi pelatihan penanaman tanaman kara berupa ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab serta pendampingan langsung pembuatan kebun tanaman kara langsung di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya keluarga, melalui pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yang terbengkalai, serta memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Ekspor Produk Gula Kelapa Organik (Kasus: CV Bunga Palm di Kabupaten Purbalingga). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu 1) Mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal yang terkait pemasaran ekspor produk gula kelapa organik yang ada di CV Bunga Palm, 2) Merumuskan strategi pemasaran ekspor produk gula kelapa organik CV Bunga Palm. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Responden merupakan karyawan CV Bunga Palm. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal meliputi kekuatan (11 indikator) dan kelemahan (4 indikator), sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi peluang (8 indikator) dan ancaman (3 indikator). Dari hasil analisis SWOT, CV Bunga Palm berada pada kuadran 1, dimana dihasilkan perhitungan pada faktor internal sumbu X= 4,595 dan faktor eksternal sumbu Y = 4,275. Posisi tersebut merupakan posisi yang menguntungkan karena dengan kekuatan yang dimiliki dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meraih peluang yang lebih optimal. Rumusan strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan adalah strategi S-O (Strength-Opportunity) dengan menggunakan strategi agresif.

Abstract

The success of a country in developing its economy is characterized by the value and growth rate of gross domestic product (GDP). Exports can encourage a country's GDP growth. Plantation is one of the agricultural sub-sectors that has an important influence on Indonesia's development into the developing country it is today. The large number of coffee plantations makes Indonesia one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world after Brazil, Vietnam and Colombia. There are several local coffees that are known throughout the world, including Gayo coffee, Toraja coffee, Lampung coffee and Aceh coffee. Increasing Indonesian exports is always pursued with various strategies, including export expansion strategies, especially non-oil and gas products to encourage economic growth. This research aims: (1) to find out how coffee exports have developed in Indonesia for the period 2011 to 2020. (2) to know the contribution of coffee exports to GDP in the plantation sector in Indonesia for the period 2011 to 2020. This research uses a case study method with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data for the period 2011 to 2020, namely coffee production volume for the 2011-2020 period, GDP in the plantation sector for the 2011-2020 period, volume and value of Indonesian coffee exports for the 2011-2020 period, volume and value of cocoa, palm oil and rubber exports for the period. 2011-2020. The analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of the contribution of coffee exports to GDP in the plantation sector. The research results explain that: (1) The development of Indonesian coffee exports is fluctuating with a downward trend. The average Indonesian coffee export was 693,136 tons per year during the period 2011 to 2020. (2) Coffee exports made a positive contribution to increasing GDP in the plantation sector in Indonesia, compared to exports of other plantation commodities such as palm oil, cocoa and rubber. The average contribution of coffee exports to GDP in the plantation sector in Indonesia was 3.13 percent per year during the 2011 to 2020 period.

Abstract

Climate change and environmental degradation are pressing global issues, particularly in Indonesia. Many communities lack the information and facilities to engage in environmental conservation efforts. The "Android-based Environmental Awareness" application, or "Saling Bangga," is designed as a digital solution to enhance community awareness and participation in environmental activities. This study utilized surveys, user-centered design, and an Agile approach for app development. Implementation took place in Purbalingga District, Purbalingga Regency, involving the general public, youth, students, local government, and NGOs. The results showed a significant increase in community awareness and participation regarding environmental issues. Users reported positive behavioral changes, such as increased recycling and waste reduction. "Saling Bangga" provides an educational and interactive platform, facilitating the reporting of environmental issues and encouraging active involvement in local environmental activities. The app also successfully fostered collaboration between the community and stakeholders in addressing environmental problems. This study concludes that digital technology, particularly mobile applications, holds great potential to enhance community participation in environmental conservation.
