Abstract

Motivasi kerja adalah seberapa sering karyawan meninggalkan pekerjaannya karena berbagai alasan, termasuk keinginan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang benar-benar bagus. Artikel ini mengkaji pengaruh motivasi pekerjaan, yaitu: disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Tujuan penulis artikel ini adalah untuk mengembangkan hipotesis tentang pengaruh variabel satu sama lain untuk digunakan dalam penelitian lebih lanjut. Hasil dari artikel tinjauan pustaka ini sebagai berikut: 1.disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja; 2. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja; dan 3. Disiplin kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) PMD is a form of student service as participants who go directly to the community and are continuously guided by field supervisors in educating the target village community, especially in health. The village that is the focus of this KKN is Kayangan Village, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. Kayangan Village is a village supported by good natural resources to improve the development and welfare of the community. The natural resources consist of agricultural land and forest land. The kayangan village government has never escaped the activity of fostering the community to have a healthy lifestyle. this is done during posyandu activities. However, from the data obtained from the village head, the puskesmas and the posyandu cadres of kayangan village, there were 20% affected by stunting in 2023 and it is hoped that this figure will decrease in 2024. In realizing this hope, we from the Kayangan Village KKN group carried out 4 work programs with 1 main work program, namely socialization about health and the use of moringa leaves in an effort to realize a stunting-free generation and 3 additional work programs including posyandu, gymnastics, and gotong royong and distribution of moringa pudding carried out during posyandu activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran digital dalam mendukung mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SMPN 23 Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru PPKn, kepala sekolah, serta siswa kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PPKn telah menyusun modul ajar berbasis TPACK dengan memanfaatkan platform digital seperti Google Classroom dan Quizizz untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Namun, penerapan di lapangan masih menghadapi kendala, antara lain keterbatasan perangkat, kebijakan larangan penggunaan HP oleh siswa, serta kualitas jaringan internet yang belum merata. Meskipun demikian, guru tetap berupaya berinovasi dengan menampilkan materi digital melalui proyektor dan memanfaatkan laboratorium komputer agar siswa tetap memperoleh pengalaman belajar berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran digital berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas dan interaktivitas pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, meskipun keberhasilannya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan guru, sarana prasarana, serta dukungan kebijakan sekolah.
