Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Indonesian government's leadership style in disaster management efforts. Indonesia is a country that is often affected by natural disasters. The success in disaster management is greatly influenced by the government's leadership style that involves planning, coordination, and collaboration with various parties. Findings from the study show that responsive, adaptive, and collaborative leadership styles play a significant role in accelerating the process of evacuation, aid distribution, and post-disaster relief. Some challenges are still faced, such as limited resources, bureaucracy and suboptimal cross-sector coordination. This study concludes that to achieve effective leadership in the field of disaster management, a combination of decisiveness, flexibility, and solid cooperation with various related parties is required.

Abstract

Pari Island, one of the islands in the Thousand Islands that has high marine tourism potential, one of which is snorkeling tourism. Pari Island is located in South Thousand Islands District, Thousand Islands Regency, DKI Jakarta Province. To maintain the sustainability of the coral reef ecosystem on this island, it is necessary to assess its health condition periodically. Coral reefs are important ecosystems that support biodiversity in the maritime environment. The condition of coral reefs on Pari Island is influenced by various factors, such as tourist activities, climate change, and pollution. This study aims to assess the health condition of coral reefs at marine tourism sites (snorkeling) on Pari Island. The study was conducted by field survey method at one observation point, located in the south of Pari Island with coordinates 5°52'11.3" S, 106°36'45.1" E using the Coral Health Chart method. About Coral Health Chart is a table that contains the hues of changing colors of coral reefs. This table can be used to monitor the health of coral reefs based on their color hue. The results showed that the condition of coral reefs on Pari Island in general was in sufficient to good condition. Keyword : Coral reefs, Pari Island, Snorkling, Health Condition

Abstract

The Indonesian government launched the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program that offers students diverse learning opportunities beyond the classroom. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the MBKM program in State Islamic Higher Education Institutions in Aceh. The study utilized a qualitative case study research method, conducted at three PTKINs in Aceh. It involved UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, IAIN Lhokseumawe, and IAIN Langsa. Data were collected through observations and interviews and then analyzed using thematic analysis. Findings reveal that implementing the MBKM program includes curriculum integration, experiential learning, student mobility, community service, research, and digital platforms. Efforts to achieve these involve partnerships, curriculum reform, digital innovation, faculty capacity building, experiential learning, and a quality assurance mechanism. Further, the success factors comprise institutional synergy, effective socialization, well-defined policies, adequate resource allocation, and student motivation. Conversely, the implementation faces challenges such as insufficient data reporting and inconsistent credit recognition. Given the study’s limited scope, future studies should broaden their focus to enhance generalizability and explore institution-specific challenges in greater depth.

Abstract

Studi ini berfokus pada analisis sentimen pengguna terhadap layanan ekspedisi J&T Express, salah satu penyedia jasa logistik terkemuka di Indonesia. Data penelitian diperoleh dari ulasan pengguna pada aplikasi J&T Express yang tersedia di Google Play Store. Untuk mengolah dan mengklasifikasikan sentimen pada data berbentuk teks, digunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes sebuah metode probabilistik yang efektif dalam analisis sentimen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier menunjukkan performa yang cukup baik dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan sentimen pengguna terhadap layanan J&T dengan tingkat akurasi 91,58%, precision 84%, recall 92% dan f1-score 88%. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa model analisis sentimen yang dikembangkan dapat mengkategorikan ulasan pengguna aplikasi J&T dengan tepat, sehingga dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk menilai dan meningkatkan mutu layanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna, persepsi, dan transformasi stereotip Cirik Barandang dalam kehidupan sosial budaya masyarakat etnik Minangkabau di Kota Medan. Cirik Barandang, yang dalam sejarahnya diasosiasikan dengan praktik mistis atau ilmu hitam, kini mengalami perluasan makna menjadi simbol daya tarik sosial, kekuatan pemersatu keluarga, dan nilai-nilai filosofis dalam kehidupan masyarakat perantauan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap sembilan informan yang terdiri dari tokoh adat, budayawan, praktisi seni, hingga masyarakat non-Minang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga klasifikasi tematik utama dalam pemaknaan Cirik Barandang, yaitu sebagai mitos mistis, daya tarik sosial, dan mediator sosial. Generasi tua cenderung memaknai Cirik Barandang sebagai praktik supranatural yang berbahaya, sedangkan generasi muda memahami dan menggunakannya dalam konteks simbolik dan sosial. Peran organisasi seperti Ikatan Keluarga Gasan Saiyo (IKGS) turut berkontribusi dalam menjaga dan merekontekstualisasi tradisi ini. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa stereotip Cirik Barandang tidak bersifat statis, melainkan dinamis dan adaptif terhadap perubahan sosial, budaya, dan religi masyarakat Minangkabau di perantauan.
