Abstract

Business ethics is the behavior of entrepreneurs in running their businesses. In general, business ethics can create a good working environment in such a way that it does not cause conflict between entrepreneurs and the companies they manage. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach that will explain the urgency of ethics in economic and business activities. This study also uses the library research method, in addition to efforts to use library research in this study through a review of scientific works, in the form of articles published in journals, and the like. The results of the study found that human nature influences ethical values ​​where the pure human nature and tends towards truth is an important foundation in developing ethics. Islamic economics in it the value of monotheism is the basis of ethics for someone who runs a business or other muamalah activities and ethics is the foundation for an entrepreneur in running his business. If a Muslim runs his business, then the blessings from the results of his business are what guarantee the sustainability of his business.

Abstract

Islamic civilization is a form of history that can be studied and studied, one of which was during the Abbasid Dynasty. This study aims to analyze and describe the socio-political conditions of the Abbasid Dynasty, and its influence on the economic development of various sectors. The research method in this study uses a historical approach and data analysis. The study results show that the good socio-political conditions of a nation and state have an important role in the economic development of the country and state. The results of this study show that very significant economic development occurred in the first period of the Abbasid Daulah, which increased in the agricultural, trade, and industrial sectors. In terms of economic institutions, the Abbasid Daulah prioritized three aspects, namely the state financial sector, taxation, and land ownership.

Abstract

Kehamilan adalah suatu hal yang alami dan normal pada wanita. Kehamilan juga diikuti dengan perubahan fisik dan perubahan psikologis. Perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi baik secara fisik maupun psikologis karena berbagai faktor selama hamil ini biasanya akan menimbulkan berbagai keluhan dan ketidaknyamanan selama kehamilan. Salah satu keluhan yang dirasakan pada awal kehamilan adalah mual muntah (Irianti and Husin, 2014). Mual dan muntah adalah gejala yang sering ditemukan pada kehamilan trimester pertama. Mual biasanya terjadi pada pagi hari, tetapi dapat pula timbul setiap pagi dan malam hari. Gejala-gejala ini kurang lebih terjadi 6 minggu setelah hari pertama haid terakhir dan berlangsung selama kurang lebih 10 minggu. Mual dan muntah seringkali diabaikan karena dianggap sebagai sebuah konsekuensi pada awal kehamilan (Aritonang, 2015). Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi mengatasi mual muntah. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu leflet, proyektor. Peserta kegiatan adalah ibu hamil. Saat kegiatan berlangsung peserta terlihat antusias terlihat dari sesi diskusi. Cara mengatasi mual dan muntah Peserta perlu mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pendidikan kesehatan mengatasi mual dan muntah.
