Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penerapan media permainan bahasa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif sedangkan jenis penelitiannya yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian tindakan kelas dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis model interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu reduksi data, sajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui media permainan bahasa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas I SDN 112 Pulau Pandan II. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan angka persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa pada siklus I 53% dan mencapai angka 82% pada akhir siklus II. Total peningkatan ketuntasan adalah sebesar 42%. Hasil capaian rata-rata pada tahap siklus 1 sebesar 69 meningkat menjadi 78 pada siklus II.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve the concentration and engagement of fourth-grade students in mathematics learning by utilizing the Wordwall application as an interactive learning medium at SDN 064/VII Sukasari II Sarolangun. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, conducted in two cycles, from October to December 2024. The results from Cycle 1 showed an increase in student enthusiasm and engagement, but learning mastery did not meet the success criteria. In Cycle 2, after adjustments to teaching strategies, significant improvements were observed. The percentage of students who achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) increased from 78.26% to 86.95%, and 90% of students actively participated in the learning process. The findings suggest that Wordwall effectively enhances student concentration, increases motivation, and creates a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment. It is recommended that teachers use Wordwall to improve student focus and engagement, particularly in mathematics education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca nyaring siswa kelas 6 SDN 227 Pelawan Jaya Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 melalui penggunaan media pias-pias kata. Masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, khususnya dalam keterampilan membaca nyaring. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan membaca nyaring siswa setelah penerapan media pias-pias kata. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa lebih aktif dan antusias dalam belajar, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan hasil belajar mereka. Refleksi setelah setiap siklus memungkinkan peneliti untuk melakukan perbaikan dan penyesuaian dalam metode pengajaran, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh semakin baik. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pias-pias kata efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca nyaring siswa, dan dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve poetry writing skills using the problem based learning (PBL) learning model for class V students at SD Negeri 204/VII Tanjung Raden III. The type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The research results show that learning to write poetry using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve poetry writing skills. This has been proven in student activities during the learning process in the initial pre-cycle conditions with an average score of only 53 and after taking action there was a gradual increase in cycle 1 with an average of 65 and cycle 2 with an average of 80. This happened because student activities support an intellectual attitude that is responsible individually and as a group.

Abstract

In Indonesia, teachers' ability to undertake research is still below average. This is due to a lack of research knowledge and experience among teachers. As a result, teachers rarely conduct research and have never published a scientific paper. As a result, mentoring in the form of formal training in research competence is required. There is, however, no training structure designed expressly for instructors to improve their research competency. The goal of this study is to create a training system that will eventually improve instructors' research skills. The research and development process is based on a modified Dick & Carey development model. As a result, an upgraded teacher competency training system including training modules, training agendas, teaching books, and learning videos has been developed and tested by specialists. Teachers in Indonesia are expected to use the training system to increase their research skills.
