Abstract

Pegadaian Regional Office VI Makassar is part of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) which has an important role in supporting the economy in its region. As a financial institution that focuses on financing and various services, PT. Pegadaian has a great responsibility in providing the best service to the community and creating a conducive business climate. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, quality human resources (HR) are the key to the company's success. Employees who have high work morale can make a positive contribution to the achievement of the company's goals.  The method used in this study is an explanatory method with a quantitative research approach and primary data sources. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with the help of smartPLS were used. Based on the results of the study, it was explained that job promotion had a significant positive effect on work morale, work mutation had a significant positive effect on work morale, Job promotion had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job mutation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on work morale, Position promotion had a non-significant positive effect on work morale through job satisfaction and work mutations have a positive and insignificant effect on work morale through job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between incentives and leadership support on employee performance, with a specific focus on the mediating role of collectability targets. The research was conducted at PT. KB Finansia Multi Finance Makassar Branch, involving 90 employees from the collection unit. The method employed Partial Least Squares (PLS) for data analysis to assess the direct and indirect effects of incentives and leadership support on employee performance. The results indicate that incentives negatively impact employee performance, while leadership support positively influences it. Additionally, both incentives and leadership support were found to positively affect collectability targets, which in turn, significantly improve employee performance. These findings highlight the critical role of strategic incentives and effective leadership in enhancing collectability targets and overall employee performance.

Abstract

Studi ini meninvestigasi dampak karakteristik individu dan budaya organisasi BerAKHLAK terhadap kinerja PNS: Motivasi kerja sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini mensasar seluruh PNS pada kantor BKD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sebanyak 126 orang dengan alasan karena aktifitas keseharian mereka bersentuhan dengan pelayanan terhadap PNS. Analis data menggunakan software PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa karakteristik individu berpoengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja PNS, namun budaya organisasi BerAKHLAK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS. Baik karakteristik individu maupun budaya organisasi BerAKHLAK berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Selanjutnya, karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS melalui motivasi kerja. Terakhir budaya organisasi BerAKHLAK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS melalui motivasi kerja.
