Abstract

This research focuses on understanding how transformational leadership affects teacher behavior, as well as its implications in the development of more effective leadership practices in the school environment. This research was conducted at MI Nurul Yaqin using a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Data was collected through questionnaires given to teachers at the school, which asked about their perceptions of transformational leadership and participation in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). In addition, in-depth interviews were also conducted to understand more deeply. The results showed a positive relationship between transformational leadership and OCB among teachers at MI Nurul Yaqin. The analysis confirmed that the stronger teachers' perceptions of transformational leadership, the higher their involvement in voluntary behavior in schools, including in MI Nurul Yaqin. In addition, specific aspects such as the development of an inspiring vision also have a significant effect on teacher participation in OCB in the school. However, it is also important to note that other factors such as organizational culture and other leadership support may also influence teachers' contribution in creating an inclusive and dynamic school environment in MI Nurul Yaqin. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of transformational leadership in encouraging teacher volunteering behavior (OCB) in schools, including in MI Nurul Yaqin, and highlight that the development of an inspiring leadership vision can stimulate teacher participation in OCB in the school environment. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the process of improving the quality of educational services through effective collaboration in madrasas. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study type approach. This research was conducted at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Yaqin Yayus Yunus Kertosono Gading Probolinggo institution. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles and Huberman data analysis model with stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted, it shows that in its application; (1) The use of technology, especially web-based and mobile applications, has helped facilitate communication and collaboration between members of the education team at the madrasah. (2) Training and development of madrasa educators Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Yaqin Yayus Yunus Kertosono Gading Probolinggo increasingly recognizes the importance of continuous training and development for educators. (3) Partnerships with local communities specifically strengthen service quality by involving local communities in educational efforts. (4) Increasing parent-teacher communication in order to improve educational services in madrasas. So the synergy of teamwork in improving educational services underlines how important teamwork is in the context of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Yaqin Yayus Yunus Kertosono Gading Probolinggo

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of empowering Islamic educators to improve their professional competence through a research-based approach. In facing the changing needs of modern education, educators are faced with the challenge of continuously adapting and innovating. This requires an effective strategy that supports continuous professional development. This study aims to examine the application of action research as a strategy to empower Islamic educators, to encourage the development of competence and innovation in learning practices. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study method. The research subjects involved the head of the madrasah, curriculum and student affairs coordinators, teachers, and students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations of research activities, and document analysis, such as action research reports and school development plans. The data analysis process was carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and verification to obtain relevant findings. The results of this study indicate that action research is an effective tool for empowering Islamic educators. Action research not only provides space for reflection on learning practices but also encourages innovation and increases collaboration between educators. These findings provide important insights into the implementation of action research in the context of Islamic education and can be the basis for policy development to improve educator professionalism sustainably.
