Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of occupational health and safety, communication, and group collaboration on work performance simultaneously and partially. The data used in this research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research object using questionnaire data distributed to 50 respondents who acted as samples of the research data. The results obtained simultaneously show that there is a significant influence; the F value is 67.132 and the sig value is 0.000. Meanwhile, partially, the Occupational Health and Safety (K3) variable (X1) has a value of t = 2.316 and a sig value of 0.025, the Communication variable (X2) has a value of t = 7.435 and a sig value of 0.000, and the Group Collaboration variable (X3) has a value of t = 2.773 and A sig value of 0.008 means that there is an influence of the three variables on work performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, komunikasi serta kerjasama kelompok terhadap prestasi kerja secara simultan dan parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari objek penelitian dengan menggunakan data kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 orang responden yang bertindak sebagai sampel dari data penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh secara simultan menunjukkan hasil artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan nilai F adalah 67,132 dan nilai sig adalah 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial, variabel Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) (X1) nilai t = 2,316 dan nilai sig 0,025, variabel Komunikasi (X2) nilai t = 7,435 dan nilai sig 0,000, serta variabel Kerjasama Kelompok (X3) nilai t = 2,773 dan nilai sig 0,008 artinya terdapat pengaruh ketiga variabel terhadap prestasi kerja.

Abstract

Abstract : This study is intended to determine how the influence between Tax Aggressiveness, Profitability, and Company Size on Debt Maturity. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 24 companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. The data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results found that simultaneously Tax Aggressiveness, Profitability, and Firm Size have a significant effect on Debt Maturity. Then the results of partial research also show that Tax Aggressiveness, Profitability, and Company Size have a significant effect on Debt Maturity. This is evidenced by the significance value of the three variables is smaller than 0.05 (<0.05). Abstrak : Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara Agresivitas Pajak, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Debt Maturity. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  berjumlah 24 perusahaan pada sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2020-2022. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara simultan Agresivitas Pajak, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt Maturity. Kemudian hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa Agresivitas Pajak, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Debt Maturity. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi dari ketiga variabel tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 (<0,05).

Abstract

Community Service is the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education to help the community. This community service is to find the problems faced by the Songkok coffee industry, Bandar Agung village, Lubuk Batang sub-district. In terms of marketing, the skullcap industry is still not very effective, because they only market in the neighborhood around the village, where in fact many people in Bandar Agung, Lubuk Batang sub-district, use skullcaps every day. Therefore, the aim of our Community Service is to introduce marketing methods that are more widespread and of course also cost-effective, namely by selling using online media, publishing on social media, and through e-commerce media. Service activities are assisted by students as well as entrepreneurship learning for students as entrepreneurial knowledge. The innovation carried out is to develop marketing through E-commerce based media which aims to expand the market segment of the skullcap industry. From the results of the dedication, a website and telegram were obtained which were used as addresses for online marketing of Bandar Agung Resam coffee beans, Lubuk Batang sub-district, thereby expanding the market share of the Bandar Agung Songkok coffee business, Lubuk Batang sub-district in the new normal period.

Abstract

The contribution of creative SMEs to GDP has not been optimal, only around 8,95% in 2021 and 8,98% in 2023. One of the contributing factors is that SMEs are able to produce goods that are creative, good and quality but do not know how to market it, so sales are relatively low. The marketing development program is important so that the production, sales and welfare of creative SMEs increase and their impact on the GDP and the Indonesian economy becomes more significant. Therefore, community service in the form of technical guidance (BIMTEK) was conducted to educate creative SMEs about the use of social media marketing as their marketing strategy. The number of internet and social media users in Indonesia is quite large so that marketing strategies with social media marketing have the potential to significantly increase marketing. Community service is limited to creative SME actors from three sub-sectors, namely fashion, crafts, and culinary in South Palembang. The aim of BIMTEK is to provide knowledge and awareness of the importance of marketing through social media, while also providing skills in how to market products through social media. The results of this community service received quite good evaluation results from the BIMTEK participants and from the observers (observers) consisting of BEKRAF (Creative Economy Agency) and the Heads of SME Communities in the South Palembang.
