Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the quality of the National Identity Card (KTP) service at the Banyuasin District Office, Banyuasin Regency. This research is located in Banyuasin District, with the unit of analysis being the people of Banyuasin District who have or are currently making Resident Identity Cards (KTP). The method used in this research is qualitative method. Research methods are basically a scientific way to obtain data with specific purposes and uses. This research uses a survey method. The type of data consists of primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation in the field, while secondary data comes from report documents, regulations relating to the problem to be studied. The results of this research show that in general the service for making identity cards (KTP) in Banyuasin District, seen from the five dimensions of service, namely reliability, responsiveness, confidence, attention and tangibles, based on research, can be said to be good.

Abstract

Kota Pagaralam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan merupakan destinasi wisata yang memiliki banyak objek wisata, baik wisata perkebunan maupun pegunungan, penelusuran sungai dan  air terjun maupun budaya yang masih memerlukan promosi wisata yang lebih intensif kepada khalayak luas agar mereka bisa mengetahui, merasakan, dan datang berkunjung ke Kota Pagaralam. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berkomunikasi berbasis teknologi informasi berupa media sosial (instagram) di kalangan penggiat wisata yang tergabung ke dalam Kelompok Penggiat Pariwisata (Kompepar). Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk membangun pengetahuan, dan keterampilan anggota Kompepar berupa perilaku dalam menggunakan media sosial instagram untuk mempromosikan destinasi wisata di Kota Pagaralam. Metode yanga digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah tatap muka tentang konsep-konsep media sosial, dan praktek penggunaan media tersebut dalam mempromosikan objek wisata. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkanya pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota Kompepar dalam menggunakan media sosial instagram dilihat dari pemilihan kontennya, partisipasi dalam merspon (like), dan partisipasi dalam memberi komentar. Simpulannya, konten yang paling banyak dipilih oleh anggota Kompepar dari media sosial instagram adalah informasi, hiburan, dan edukasi. Partisipasi anggota Kompepar dalam merespon “like” sangat tinggi karena tanda “like” ini merupakan jaringan pertemanan virtual dalam rangka pertukaran pesan. Sedangkan partisipasi anggota Kompepar dalam menggunakan media sosial instagram dengan memberi komentar pada setiap postingan yang muncul, menyeleksi, dan terkadang memblokir akun yang dianggap negatif.

Abstract

Community Service is the implementation of the Tridharma of higher education to help the community. This community service is to find the problems faced by the Songkok coffee industry, Bandar Agung village, Lubuk Batang sub-district. In terms of marketing, the skullcap industry is still not very effective, because they only market in the neighborhood around the village, where in fact many people in Bandar Agung, Lubuk Batang sub-district, use skullcaps every day. Therefore, the aim of our Community Service is to introduce marketing methods that are more widespread and of course also cost-effective, namely by selling using online media, publishing on social media, and through e-commerce media. Service activities are assisted by students as well as entrepreneurship learning for students as entrepreneurial knowledge. The innovation carried out is to develop marketing through E-commerce based media which aims to expand the market segment of the skullcap industry. From the results of the dedication, a website and telegram were obtained which were used as addresses for online marketing of Bandar Agung Resam coffee beans, Lubuk Batang sub-district, thereby expanding the market share of the Bandar Agung Songkok coffee business, Lubuk Batang sub-district in the new normal period.

Abstract

The reason for community service is because many water hyacinth plants grow massively and fertilely and are underutilized, so assistance is needed so that these plants have added value for the community, especially increasing income. One of the locations where water hyacinth grows in abundance is in the Air area, 1 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur II District, Palembang City, South Sumatra. In this activity, it was introduced that the water hyacinth plant is made into a woven craft which is useful as a business opportunity as an alternative to increasing income. . Methods used Training. and discussion and diffusion of water hyacinth fiber processing technology. The processing processes are: process, making patterns, weaving process, embroidery process, making handles, sewing, finishing. In conclusion, with community service, water hyacinth training can reduce the negative impact of the presence of water hyacinth which can reduce oxygen levels in the water. As well as empowering local communities who are tasked with weaving these crafts. Apart from that, the marketing scope is also getting wider as evidenced by the presence of orders for water hyacinth crafts not only from within the city but from outside the city and even overseas.
