Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of leadership style and teamwork on employee work motivation at Rumah Zakat Pusat Kota Bandung. The research subjects consisted of all active employees at Rumah Zakat Pusat Kota Bandung, with a total population of 152 people. From the total population, some were taken as research samples with a convenience sampling pattern, resulting in 60 respondents. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire containing statements that had been tested for data validity and reliability, to ensure that the data used was accurate. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, F test, and T test through SPSS 26 to evaluate the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that leadership style and teamwork simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation at Rumah Zakat Pusat Kota Bandung. With an adjusted R-squared of 51%, it can be concluded that these two independent variables contributed 51% to increasing employee work motivation, while the rest was influenced by other factors that were not part of this study.

Abstract

Islamic business ethics have a positive impact on MSME actors, the principles of Islamic business ethics are monotheism, justice, free will, responsibility, and honesty. Thus, it is necessary to implement production and distribution processes following Islamic business ethics. The purpose of this study is to determine whether MSME actors have implemented business ethics in accordance with Islamic business ethics. In this study, the method used is a descriptive qualitative research method because the researcher wants to describe and write down the conditions seen from the production and distribution processes carried out by MSME actors. The study conducted based on the analysis of Islamic business ethics applied by MSME actors showed that it was not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics that should be.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how Islamic business ethics are applied to the Lancar Jaya duck egg business and its impact on customer satisfaction and business sustainability. The research method will use a qualitative descriptive approach that utilizes interview and observation techniques. This research shows that the application of the principles of Islamic business ethics in the form of honesty, trust, fairness, and responsibility in daily business practices will positively impact customer satisfaction and business sustainability. These principles are applied in various operational aspects, from production to marketing, which include providing accurate information, maintaining product quality, and establishing good relationships with business partners. This study confirms that Islamic business ethics are important from a moral perspective and an effective business strategy. For sustainability, it is recommended that the Lancar Jaya duck egg business continue to integrate the principles of Islamic business ethics, improve communication with consumers and business partners, and optimize product quality and employee training.
