Abstract

The labor process is influenced by three factors, namely Passage (birth canal), Passanger (fetus), Power (strength). Childbirth can run normally if all three factors are met properly. In addition, there are other factors that affect the delivery process, namely psychological and helper. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) can be reduced by various efforts, both promotive and preventive, by providing education in preparation for childbirth. This education can be an alternative for pregnant women to find out the extent of maternal and fetal development, increase maternal independence and train coping management for maternal stressors. Pregnancy exercise is a form of coping method that can avoid the occurrence of physical stress due to pregnancy, such as reducing leg and back cramps, increasing the mother's ability to adapt to changes in her body. This study aims to identify the effect of labor preparation services (pregnancy education and exercise) on the preparation for delivery of pregnant women in the working area of ??the UPT Puskesmas Alas Barat. Pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-post test design. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire. Testing the instrument using the product moment person validity test and reliability test. The analysis used is simple linear regression with the number of respondents as many as 102 pregnant women. The results showed that the regression significance value of the delivery preparation service variable (pregnancy education and exercise) on the preparation for delivery of pregnant women was 0.000 or less than 0.05. The hypothesis which states that delivery preparation services (pregnancy education and exercise) has an effect on preparation for delivery of pregnant women (accepted). Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that pregnant women play an active role in participating in activities during pregnancy so that mothers have knowledge about the needs during pregnancy, especially preparation for childbirth so as to minimize emergencies to the mother and fetus during the delivery process.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze promotions, product quality, and brand image on purchasing decisions and their implications for customer satisfaction. The research was structured in the form of Cluster Stratified Random Sampling with a sample size of 325 respondents, the Alanisis Method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results concluded that the total influence of the Product Quality variable on customer satisfaction for Small Industrial Village (PIK) products is in the Fair to Good category, this indicates that customer satisfaction is not optimal. The magnitude of the influence of Brand Image on Purchase Decisions for Small Industrial Village Shoe Products (PIK) with a total influence of 21.09 percent. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the influence of Promotion on Purchasing Decisions for Small Industrial Village Shoe Products (PIK) has a total influence of 23.57 percent, while the magnitude of the influence of Purchasing Decisions on Customer Satisfaction from Small Industrial Village Shoe Products (PIK) has a total influence of 80.51 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukam untuk melihat peran perempuan rumah tangga miskin dalam memilih strategi bertahan hidup di Desa Logas Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menampilkan data, mereduksi data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa karakteristik penduduk perempuan rumah tangga miskin di Desa Logas ditinjau secara sosio-demografis; tergolong dalam usia produktif, memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah dimana sebagian besar responden hanya sampai Sekolah Dasar. Karakteristik responden dilihat dari segi ekonomi; sebagian besar merupakan ibu rumah tangga (tidak bekerja) dan bekerja di sektor informal. Pendapatan rumah tangga responden berada diantara Rp1.000.000-Rp2.000.000 per bulan dengan rata-rata jumlah tanggungan 5 orang per kepala keluarga. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perempuan pada rumah tangga miskin di Desa Logas memiliki strategi survival yaitu strategi aktif yaitu mayoritas mencari pekerjaan lain/tambahan, strategi pasif dengan mayoritas memilih barang konsumsi pangan yang lebih murah dan strategi jejaring dengan memanfaatkan bantuan program kemiskinan dari pemerintah.

Abstract

KKNT IPB Innovation 2024 is a community service program that integrates higher education curricula to train students in analyzing and finding solutions to societal problems. Situregen Village has the potential for tourism, particularly the Cimandiri Beach, but faces issues with coastal cleanliness. This community service activity aims to implement innovation through the planting of abrasion-preventing plants such as mangroves, sea pandanus, and sea pines, as well as waste management practices. The program involves various local communities and institutions, including the Beach and Sea Lovers Community (KPPL) and the Disaster-Resilient Village (Destana), in activities such as socialization, planting, and beach cleaning to reduce the negative impacts of environmental pollution and improve aesthetics and public health. The activities include socializing waste segregation and practical actions like planting and beach cleaning on different dates. The results show positive impacts in reducing abrasion, increasing environmental awareness, and building active community participation. Challenges faced include suboptimal participation and miscommunication between parties. Sustainability recommendations include periodic education, continuous planting, and the establishment of local working groups to monitor the program. This program demonstrates that with active involvement from various stakeholders and the community, Situregen Village can become a model for a clean, healthy, and sustainable village.

Abstract

An integrated institutional approach is expected to be a solution to overcome this policy fragmentation. With integrated mangrove management across jurisdictions, it can be clearer to maintain the sustainability of the mangrove ecosystem while supporting sustainable development in the coastal area of Jakarta Bay. This study aims to develop an ideal inter-jurisdictional institutional framework for mangrove management in Jakarta Bay. The study used primary and secondary data. Data analysis uses stakeholder analysis, multidimensional scaling (MDS), and interpretive structural modeling (ISM). The results of the stakeholder classification showed that local communities occupy the subject category, the key players are the central government and regional governments, universities and NGOs occupy the context setter position, and the crowded category is the private sector. The results of the MDS analysis using RAP Mangrove show a sustainability index value for the institutional dimension of 11.59%. The institutional design of the three elements, which are divided into 11 sub-elements, shows that the availability of adequate data and planning for the implementation of mangrove rehabilitation, restoring mangrove ecosystems in damaged conditions, improving the quality of degraded mangrove cover and ponds, and mangrove rehabilitation at the multi-strata government policy and program level (multi-related sectors, regional government, and village government) are the basis for the achievement of the other sub-elements. Synchronization of regulations and policies across sectors, as well as active participation from various stakeholders, are the keys to success in maintaining the sustainability of mangrove ecosystems.

Abstract

Mie Gacoan yakni satu dari beberapa jenis usaha di bidang kuliner yang tengah ramai penggemar. Beberapa penelitian terdahulu menjelaskan bahwa terdapat kepuasan dalam pembelian produk, layanan, dan promosi yang ada pada Mie Gacoan. Artikel ini bertujua untuk meneliti pengaruh kualitas produk, layanan, dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen Mie Gacoan untuk membeli produk tersebut. Secara parsial, perolehan riset ini menunjukan bahwasanya variabel kualitas produk serta kualitas pelayanan mengandung pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Sementara variabel promosi tidak mengandung pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sertatus limapuluh responden yang melakukan pembelian lebih dari tiga kali melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi dasar, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, serta koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Sedangkan untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Mie Gacoan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana etika bisnis pedagang secara islam, bagaimana praktik etika bisnis pedagang di pasar Sipon Tangerang dan untuk mengetahui etika bisnis syariah di kalangan pedagang muslim di pasar Sipon Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. informan penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang. Data tersebut diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan pedagang di pasar Sipon Tangerang. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut ditemukan bahwa belum sepenuhnya para pedagang di Pasar Sipon Tangerang faham mengenai etika bisnis syariah, namun dari jawaban yang mereka berikan mengenai menjaga kehalalan produk serta bagaimana menjaga kepercayaan pelanggan sudah bisa dikatakan bahwa mereka sedikitnya telah menerapkan etika bisnis secara syariah.

Abstract

Topik penelitian ini membahas hasil analisis bagaimana mengembangkan pola pikir entrepreneurial anak muda Indonesia yang lahir dan hidup di era milenial. Indonesia merupakan negara yang kaya akan sumber daya alam, namun sangat sedikit potensi yang telah dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan nilai ekonomi dan produksi. Pola pikir wirausaha yang terasah dan terlatih diyakini menjadi salah satu upaya menjawab tantangan tersebut. Untuk itu, penulis mencoba menggali pemikiran para ahli tentang bagaimana mengasah dan mempersiapkan generasi milenial Indonesia agar memiliki jiwa wirausaha yang tinggi sehingga mudah memanfaatkan potensi alam yang dimilikinya. Untuk itu, berbagai temuan ilmiah telah penulis ulas sesuai dengan tema penelitian penulis. Penulis menganalisis data dengan desain penelitian deskriptif untuk mendapatkan temuan penelitian hingga data valid dan reliabel. Mengenai temuannya, penulis dapat merangkum secara singkat upaya untuk melibatkan kaum muda dalam pekerjaan yang mereka sukai. Beserta pengalaman sukses dalam bisnis yang mereka sukai. Biarkan mereka mencoba melakukannya meskipun mereka masih salah dan latih mereka untuk berpikir bisnis atau kewirausahaan. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi para pembina generasi milenial yang sukses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, teknik, evaluasi, tindak lanjut, dan implikasinya pengelolaan SMA Daarul Qur’an Tangerang dimasa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memakai bentuk studikasus eksplanotoris, tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik asanalisis triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1)Perencanaan pengelolaan SMA Daarul Qur’an Tangerang: a) Mempertimbangan secara demokratis, b) Penempatan guru yang berkompoten dan profesional pertimbangan psikologis, c) Menjaga kualitas dan peningkatan SDM memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ahli di bidang IT, d) Di bentuk tim kecil dengan tugas menemukan permasalahan sekolah, e) Secara bersama melalui rapat kerja tahunan (RAKER), f) Kesejahteraan guru, g) Menyelesaikan masalah secara kekeluargaan. 2) Pengelolaan SDM (Guru) di SMA Daarul Qur’an Tangerang: a) Memperkuat dan memperkokoh atribut Smala, iklim kerja humanis serta kultur (kebersamaan, keteladanan, dan (5S), b) Buadaya melek IT, c) Memiliki sasaran mutu, d) Pendekatan individual (supervisi klinis). Teknik evaluasi pengelolaan SDM (Guru) di SMA Daarul Qur’an Tangerang: a) membangun kerja sama tim, b) kesadaran pribadi, reward dan 3) penerpan program unggulan 5S, c) aturan tidak terlalu ketat, d) Program kerja, silabus, RPP sudah terjadwal khusus diawal tahun pelajaran secara serentak di kontrol kepala sekolah, e) menjadikan mereka (guru) mampu bersatu, berkerja sama, memahami, menerima satu sama lain menuju tujuan bersama, f) Guru-guru di Smala bersikap sesuai tuntutan yang tercermin 4 kompetensi, g) pemanfaatan guru produktif untuk kreatif dalam bekerja, kemampuan computer mereka di atas rata-rata, mampu membuat buku pedoman pendidikn SMA Daarul Qur’an Tangerang, dan Guru IN (Instruktur Nasional) dan guru instruktur provinsi, h) Kepemimpinan partisipan, Kegiatan menjadi Pembina, panitia/mengawas, pelatihan, seminar, sosialisasi, dan sebagainnya. 4) Tindak lanjut dari hasil pengelolaan SDM (Guru) di SMA Daarul Qur’an Tangerang: a) mempertimbangkan 4 model manajemen pengelolaan SDM, b) Mempertimbangkan kondisi internal dan eksternal, c) Mempersiapkan prioritas melet IT, d) Menyesuaikan perubahan eksternal, e) Menggunakan analisis SWOT d, f) Menyatukan persepsi guru, g) Melakukan koordinasi dengan bawahan atas tupoksi yang telah dibebankan, h) Mempertimbangkan secara professional dan secara psikologis, i) Memperkuat sistem yang sudah berjalan, j) Fokus pada visi misi dan tujuan sekolah. 5) Implikasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan SDM (Guru) di SMA Daarul Qur’an Tangerang: a) Guru-guru dengan rasa kekeluargaan, b) rotasi tugas pertimbangan kualitas kerjanya, c) Pemberian insentif, d) Memiliki tim yang kuat, e) Komitmen dan kerja sama guru
