Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran etika bisnis dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen pada pedagang kaki lima di Kabupaten Lama Boyolali. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan dengan observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keamanan produk, keluhan konsumen, pencegahan penipuan, persaingan sehat, dan keterbukaan dalam transaksi bisnis merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Pedagang kaki lima di Kabupaten Lama Boyolali menunjukkan komitmen terhadap etika bisnis melalui penggunaan bahan segar, proses produksi yang higienis, dan keterbukaan dalam transaksi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang peran etika bisnis dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pedagang kaki lima.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the leadership styles of nurse managers, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and their combined influence on nurse performance in Pidie Jaya Regional General Hospital. Using a qualitative approach, the research explores how transformational and transactional leadership styles affect organizational outcomes through the mediating variables of job satisfaction and commitment. The findings contribute to understanding the dynamics of effective nursing leadership in improving healthcare delivery.
