Abstract

Given the significance of oil palm plantations in contributing to the economy of Dharmasraya Regency, especially for industry players seeking suitable palm oil processing facilities, there is a need for detailed and easily accessible information. One approach to providing quick and convenient access to the locations of palm oil processing plants is through E-Location technology. E-Location is an electronic information system that displays a distribution map of palm oil processing plants in Dharmasraya Regency. This study aims to create a web-based E-Location information system using the CodeIgniter framework and Open Street Map (OSM) mapping software, facilitating easy access to information on the locations of Palm Oil Processing (POP) in Dharmasraya Regency. This system will enable users to view the distribution of POP locations and access a range of related information. The research results on the Design of a Web-Based Palm Oil Processing Plant E-Location Information System in Dharmasraya Regency show that this system is effective for viewing the distribution map and detailed information about palm oil processing plants in the region. Available information includes company profiles, maximum processing capacity for Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB), number of employees, incoming palm oil volume, oil yield, kernel yield, and average annual oil yield.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem berbasis web dengan implementasi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) menggunakan model IDIC (Identify, Differentiate, Interact, Customize). Sistem ini menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti pencatatan data pelanggan, manajemen transaksi, pelacakan status cucian, pengiriman notifikasi otomatis, serta laporan keuangan dan kinerja usaha. Dengan adanya platform berbasis web ini, pemilik usaha dapat mengelola aktivitas bisnis secara terpusat dan real-time, sementara pelanggan dapat memperoleh informasi layanan secara lebih transparan dan cepat, menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, mendapatkan pelanggan baru, mempertahankan pelanggan yang ada, dan meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan laundry. Sistem ini dibangun dengan framework CodeIgniter 3 dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, dan JavaScript, serta database MySQL dan webserver Apache. Hasil pengujian black-box testing menunjukkan 58 fungsi hasilnya valid artinya sistem beroperasi sesuai rancangan yang ditetapkan dengan hasil 93.5%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang diperoleh menunjukkan 85,1% pengguna setuju dengan website CRM Omcis laundry. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini layak digunakan.

Abstract

Sunrise Jaya Motor Workshop experiences difficulties in transaction recording, inventory management, and mechanic bonus distribution, which affects the preparation of financial reports. This study employs the Waterfall method, focusing on two main stages: recruitment for collecting user requirements and design for system development. The recruitment stage involves identifying the workshop's operational needs through interviews, observations, and document studies, while the design stage produces a data model in the form of an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), a business process flow using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and a user interface design in the form of wireframes. The results of this requirements analysis are expected to serve as the foundation for developing a workshop information system that can improve operational efficiency, simplify transaction recording, and facilitate financial reporting.
