Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan bagian dari integrasi mata kuliah Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Waingapu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi peserta didik agar menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah sehingga dapat belajar dengan nyaman. Salah satu penyebab lingkungan sekolah yang tidak bersih adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta didik tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan menanamkan sikap kepedulian terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah melalui sosialisasi kepada peserta didik dan juga guru. Sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh 32 peserta dan dilakukan dalam 3 tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dan post test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan bisa memahami tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve the ability of teachers and students to use Google Slide as an interactive learning media at SMP Negeri 4 Mauliru. This activity is motivated by the still low mastery of information technology, especially in creating digital-based learning media among teachers. Meanwhile, mastery of media such as Google Slide is essential to support teacher pedagogical competence, especially in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning that is interesting, effective, and in accordance with student characteristics. The method of implementing the activity includes preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Three teachers and 24 students attended this activity. The results of the activity showed that the use of Google Slides can increase student motivation and active participation while also helping teachers deliver material more creatively and in a structured manner. Evaluation of the activity through observation and reflection showed an increase in teachers' understanding of Google Slide features and their ability to compile digital teaching materials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the STAD-type cooperative learning model assisted by Scrapbook media and equipped with crossword puzzle LKS on the growth and development of living things at SMA PGRI Waingapu. This type of research is quantitative and uses an experimental approach. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling technique. There are two classes used, namely class XII MIPA 1 as a control class and class XII MIPA 3 which is used as an experimental class. The data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, homogeneity, normality and hypothesis tests using independent sample t-testi. Based on the research, the results of the pretest and posttest were obtained for the control class of 47.07 and 78.84 while for the experimental class of 51.84 and 84.27. The hypothesis test showed an Asym Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.001, which showed that the use of the STAD model assisted by Scrapbook media and equipped with crossword puzzle LKS had a significant influence on the learning outcomes of students at SMA PGRI Waingapu.
