Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesulitan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring, khususnya pada mata pelajaran kimia. Sejak wabah Covid-19 ditetapkan sebagai pandemik, proses pembelajaran yang pada awalnya dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka beralih menjadi pembelajaran daring. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal, ternyata tidak semua siswa yang dapat mencapai keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran daring. Oleh karena hal itu, peneliti memiliki keinginan untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar kimia secara daring selama pandemik Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada siswa dari beberapa SMA/MA/SMK yang ada di wilayah Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa selama pembelajaran daring 41% siswa menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak dapat memahami konsep kimia dengan baik, 46% siswa menyatakan bahwa mereka tidak dapat mengingat konsep kimia lebih lama, dan 43% siswa menyatakan bahwa mereka mengalami ketegangan belajar.

Abstract

Fiqh is often considered a difficult subject due to its theoretical and practical components, such as ablution, dry ablution, and prayer, which are hard to grasp through lectures alone. This study focuses on implementing audio-visual media in Fiqh learning for Grade IX students at SMP Islam Kepung to improve their learning outcomes. The goal is to describe the use of audio-visual tools as an interactive alternative in religious education. This qualitative descriptive research uses observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The findings show that audio-visual media enhances student engagement, clarifies abstract material, and improves understanding of worship practices. Supporting factors include technological facilities and teacher creativity, while barriers include limited time, lack of teacher training, and technical issues. Overall, audio-visual media proves effective in increasing student achievement when supported by proper planning and teacher competence.

Abstract

This study explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) with Natural Language Processing (NLP) language management in collaboration with Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) which produces modern language modeling techniques such as Word Embeddings, N-Gram, Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Transformer Models, Generative Pre-trainde Transformer (GPT) and its variants, such as Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) in carrying out Quranic understanding activities. The success of AI with its NLP has been proven to be able to understand the Quran well. However, there are several challenges and limitations that cannot be done while still requiring the role of humans because they are dealing with the text of the Qur'an in classical Arabic with its morphology, syntax and semantic complexity. As well as concerns that algorithms may not be able to understand the cultural, historical, and theological nuances that often affect the interpretation of the verse. Therefore, it is appropriate to conduct research to measure the level of understanding of the Quran carried out by AI using the Bloom taxonomy instrument. Using a qualitative approach and literature study related to AI features with its NLP, Bloom's taxonomy combines the two. The results of this study show that AI capabilities when measured with Bloom's taxonomy are fully achieved at level 1, namely Remembering, while at the level of Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, the ability is limited. And not able to do it at the level of Evaluating and Creating.
