Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage terhadap return saham pada perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019–2023. Data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan 46 perusahaan dengan total 230 observasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Common Effect Model (CEM), disertai uji asumsi klasik untuk memastikan kelayakan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kelebihan aset lancar yang tidak produktif serta tingginya ketergantungan pada utang memberikan sinyal negatif bagi investor. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada fokus sektor energi dengan karakteristik spesifik berupa fluktuasi harga komoditas dan kebutuhan modal besar, serta penggunaan pendekatan data panel yang jarang diterapkan pada penelitian sejenis. Secara teoretis, hasil penelitian memperkuat penerapan Signalling Theory dan Trade-Off Theory dalam konteks pasar modal Indonesia. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi manajemen perusahaan energi untuk menjaga efisiensi pengelolaan aset dan struktur modal, serta bagi investor sebagai pertimbangan dalam menilai risiko dan peluang investasi pada sektor energi.

Abstract

The rapid development of the digital application industry requires every company to have an effective business communication strategy, especially in collaborating with vendors as strategic external partners. The background of this research is based on the importance of business communication that not only focuses on internal information exchange, but also building harmonious, sustainable and mutually beneficial external relationships. PT Maju Anugerah Solusindo as a software development company realises that the success of cooperation with vendors greatly affects Maju Anugerah Solusindo in building and maintaining cooperation with vendors in the midst of the highly competitive digital application industry. Descriptive qualitative research method was used with data collection through in- depth interviews with management and vendors, direct observation, and case study documentation. With the aim to analyse and describe the business communication strategy used by PT Maju Anugerah Solusindo. The results showed that PT. Maju Anugerah Solusindo The supporters of the success of this strategy include management commitment, the use of appropriate communication technology, and a collaborative organisational culture. the needs of vendors are constantly changing. Overall, the business communication strategy has contributed significantly to the creation of a productive and sustainable working relationship between PT Maju Anugerah Solusindo and its vendors in the digital app industry. Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the quality of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers in the learning process at schools and its implications for early childhood development. The quality of educators is viewed as one of the key factors determining the success of learning implementation and the achievement of educational objectives at the early childhood education level. This study employs a literature review method, which involves collecting various relevant scientific articles, books, and other academic sources related to the research topic, followed by systematic analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding and conclude the findings. The results indicate that the quality of educators has a significant influence on teachers’ success in performing their roles as facilitators, mentors, and educators in supporting children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development. Therefore, the quality of early childhood educators needs to be continuously developed and improved through education, training, and professional development to maintain and enhance the quality of learning activities in schools. In addition, support from various stakeholders, including the government, educational institutions, schools, and parents, plays a crucial role in efforts to improve the quality of early childhood educators in an optimal and sustainable manner.

Abstract

Early detection of breast cancer requires classification models that are not only accurate but also efficient and interpretable. This study evaluates the effect of Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) on the performance of several machine learning algorithms for breast cancer classification. The dataset used is the Wisconsin Diagnostic Breast Cancer (WDBC) dataset from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, consisting of 569 samples and 30 numerical features. The research stages include data preprocessing, removal of non-informative attributes, feature standardization using StandardScaler, train-test splitting with an 80:20 ratio, feature selection using Logistic Regression-based RFE, and training and testing of 11 classification algorithms. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, confusion matrix, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve. The results show that before feature selection, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, and Voting Classifier achieved the highest accuracy of 98.25%. After applying RFE, the accuracy of these models decreased slightly to 97.37%, while the number of features was reduced from 30 to 15. Several algorithms, including Nearest Centroid, Naïve Bayes, and AdaBoost, showed improved accuracy after RFE. These findings indicate that RFE does not always improve the best model accuracy, but it can produce a more compact, efficient, and interpretable classification model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of comic picture media on the Arabic language learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at MTs DDI Sabang, Tolitoli Regency. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students, which only reached an average score of 67.50, far below the minimum completeness criteria set at 75, due to the dominance of lecture methods without adequate learning media support. This study employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental type using a one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were all seventh-grade students of MTs DDI Sabang totaling 22 students using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a 20-item multiple choice test and analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, Levene Test for homogeneity, and paired sample t-test hypothesis testing through IBM SPSS 26.0. The results showed an increase in the average score from 67.50 on the pretest to 82.64 on the posttest. The paired sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.000, meaning the alternative hypothesis was accepted. It is concluded that the use of comic picture media is effective in improving Arabic language learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at MTs DDI Sabang, Tolitoli Regency, and contributes to the realization of quality education in accordance with SDGs Goal 4.
