Abstract

Pemasaran digital telah menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang penting dalam era digital saat ini. Namun, banyak petani, terutama di daerah pedesaan seperti Pekon Ambarawa Timur, masih belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di daerah ini, yang berperan penting dalam pengembangan pertanian, sering kali menghadapi kendala dalam mengakses pasar yang lebih luas dan memperoleh harga yang lebih baik untuk produk mereka. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk pelatihan mengenai pemasaran digital kepada kelompok wanita tani di Pekon Ambarawa Timur. Melalui kegiatan ini juga, diharapkan anggota KWT dapat memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran hasil pertanian. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan  Teknik analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Data- data dari observasi lapangan dan dokumen akan diuraikan secara rinci dan dijelaskan dalam bentuk narasi. Karena, Di era digital ini, pemasaran melalui platform digital telah terbukti efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan. Penggunaan media sosial, e-commerce, dan aplikasi digital lainnya memungkinkan petani untuk langsung menjangkau konsumen tanpa melalui rantai distribusi yang panjang . Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi masyarakat terhadap pemasaran digital berlangsung efektif untuk membuat masyarakat untuk paham teknologi. Dalam kegiatan ini, masyarakat pekon khususnya ambarawa timur dapat mempelajari konsep wirausaha, pengembangan produk serta praktik transaksi, seperti pemasaran dan presentasi.

Abstract

Penggunaan gadget seperti smartphone, tablet, dan komputer telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari anak-anak di era digital saat ini. Meskipun gadget menawarkan berbagai manfaat, termasuk akses mudah ke informasi dan sarana hiburan, penggunaan yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak negatif dari penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan pada anak-anak, termasuk dampak fisik, psikologis, dan sosial. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif karena fokusnya adalah pada penyuluhan bahaya gadget untuk anak-anak pada peserta didik  peserta didik khususnya anak anak Sekolah Dasar. Melalui kegiatan Penyuluhan ini. Hasil penelitian Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada anak-anak untuk membatasui gadget, terlebih dalam kegiatan disekolah maupun dirumah. Sehingga dengan mengurangi gadget jangka panjang, bisa  membantu sanak-anak lebih memahami konsep yang dipelajarinya, namun juga mendorong mereka untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif. Simpulan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan oleh anak-anak memiliki berbagai dampak negatif yang signifikan terhadap kesehatan fisik, psikologis, dan perkembangan sosial mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers in facing the dynamics of curriculum change. This study focuses on analyzing the strengths and opportunities, weaknesses and threats, and strategies of Guidance and Counseling teacher performance in facing curriculum change. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The subjects of this study were three Guidance and Counseling teachers of junior high schools in Tanggamus who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were obtained through observation, structured interviews, and documentation which were analyzed using triangulation techniques to increase validity. The results of the study indicate that Guidance and Counseling teachers have strengths and opportunities to face weaknesses and threats, as well as strategies in optimizing the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers in facing curriculum change. The strengths and opportunities of Guidance and Counseling teachers include: 4 competencies of Guidance and Counseling teachers, as well as stakeholder support, available infrastructure, peer support, and student perceptions of Guidance and Counseling. Meanwhile, the weaknesses and threats are inability in time management, lack of focus, not yet optimal in archiving, leaders who do not understand BK, facilities and infrastructure, various student problems, and changes in government policy. The strategy is that Guidance and Counseling teachers are able to: (1) utilize existing strengths and opportunities, (2) overcome weaknesses by utilizing existing opportunities, (3) utilize strengths to face threats, and (4) minimize weaknesses to face threats. This study contributes to the development of using SWOT analysis in analyzing supporting and inhibiting factors in the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers which will be a guideline in determining strategies so that the performance of Guidance and Counseling teachers in facing curriculum changes can run optimally.

Abstract

This research examines the role of school leadership in improving the quality of graduates in vocationalhigh schools (SMK). The focus of this research is how the effective leadership of a principal caninfluence the quality of education and student learning outcomes. This study employs a qualitativeapproach using a case study method at a vocational high school in Indonesia. Data were collectedthrough in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of school documents. The findings revealthat principals who have a clear vision, strong managerial skills, and the ability to motivate andinspire both teachers and students can significantly enhance the quality of graduates. Furthermore,collaborative and participatory leadership is also proven to be crucial in creating a conducive andinnovative learning environment. These findings highlight the importance of adaptive and proactiveleadership in addressing the challenges of education in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and identify effective strategies within the guidance and counseling (BK) program that can enhance student attendance rates at SMA Negeri 2 Kotaagung. In the educational context, student attendance is a crucial indicator of academic success and character development. By exploring collective wisdom from various sources, this research aspires to contribute to the development of more relevant and impactful BK programs. The study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, involving in- depth interviews, observations, and document analysis related to the implementation of the BK program. The findings reveal that active student engagement in the BK program, increased family support, transportation services, fostering a passion for learning, bullying prevention, and school health services are effective strategies in improving student attendance. Moreover, the use of technology, such as attendance monitoring applications, is also acknowledged as a critical element in supporting the program’s success. The research also uncovers that collective wisdom, involving teachers, counselors, parents, and students in creating an inclusive and supportive school environment, is a key factor in enhancing student motivation and commitment to attending school consistently.

Abstract

Observations conducted by the researcher on the principal andteachers of the Aster 1 Cluster, which consists of public elementary schools (SD Negeri) inTanggamus Regency, aimed to assess the effectiveness of indicators for improving workmotivation and teacher performance. Through classroom teacher observations and interviews, itwas concluded that more attention is needed to improve the quality of education in schools byfocusing on teachers’ motivation and performance. Based on the above issues, the author hasprepared a thesis proposal entitled “The Influence of Principal’s Academic Supervision on WorkMotivation and Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Tanggamus Regency”. Theaim is to examine the influence of academic supervision by principals on teachers’ work motivationand performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple regression design. Toobtain the necessary information, an ex post facto method was applied. The population in thisstudy consists of public elementary school teachers in the Aster 2 Cluster, Sumberejo District,which includes 6 schools. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula. The researchinstruments include questionnaires on the principal’s academic supervision, work motivation,and teacher performance. Data analysis involved: (a) prerequisite tests, including normality test,homogeneity test, and multicollinearity test; and (b) hypothesis testing using simple regressionanalysis. After conducting the analysis, the research findings revealed that: (a) The principal’sacademic supervision significantly affects teachers’ work motivation, with an influence percentageof 95.3%; and (b) The principal’s academic supervision significantly affects teacher performance,with an influence percentage of 80.2%. The results of this study are also expected to serve as areference for future research, which should consider other variables that may influence teachers’ workmotivation and performance, such as pedagogical competence, communication, and other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of principal leadership and conflict management on teachers’work motivation. A quantitative approach is used with a type of correlational research. Data wascollected through a questionnaire with the Likert scale, followed by tests of validity, reliability,normality, and linearity. The study was conducted on 141 high school teachers in Kotaagung Districtwith a sample taken proportionally using the Slovin formula. The results of the study show that theleadership of school principals has a significant positive influence on teachers’ work motivation witha contribution of 25.1%. Conflict management also had a significant positive effect with a contributionof 16.6%. However, when tested together, leadership and conflict management did not show asignificant influence on teachers’ work motivation, indicating that there were other factors that weremore dominant in influencing work motivation. This research makes a theoretical contribution tothe development of literature on the role of transformational leadership and conflict management inincreasing teachers’ work motivation. Practically, these results can be a reference for school principalsand policymakers to create a conducive work environment through effective leadership and conflictmanagement.

Abstract

The study analyzes the factors influencing student's learning readiness to enter elementary school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used is the Milles and Hubberman model, starting from data collection and then reducing the data to a more straightforward form so that it can be presented and easy for readers to understand, and the final step is concluding. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation, and literature study. Meanwhile, sample determination was carried out using a specially selected purposive sample. The research results show that age, intelligence, environment, and parental support determine student's learning readiness to enter elementary school.
