Abstract

One of the communities in the East Lombok area that has a lot of tourism potential is Tetebatu Village. Unfortunately, lack of awareness and promotion has hindered the full realization of this potential. A tourism information system application is needed that can provide accurate and comprehensive information and marketing to tourists to overcome these problems. The user interface and user experience of the Jepara Regency tourism information system application were created using the design thinking process in this research. This approach was chosen because it allows users to be involved in the design process, resulting in a product tailored to the user's needs and preferences. Research findings show that the Tetebatu Village tourism information system application was created with an intuitive and adaptable user interface. Apart from that, this application has a number of features that can facilitate tourists' access to information and promotions related to tourism in Tetebatu Village.

Abstract

Toddlerhood is an important period in a child's growth and development. In this period children will be vulnerable to disease. There are several types of diseases that range in toddlers such as diarrhea, pneumonia, malaria, etc. The problems faced are the limited access and quality of health services in some areas where health costs are still relatively high, the availability of health workers is also not always available, and the lack of knowledge related to toddler health. So, a system is needed that can provide knowledge and first aid information related to the health of toddlers which is expected to help in reducing the mortality rate of toddlers, especially for the types of diseases that can cause death such as diarrhea, pneumonia and malaria. The methods used in this research are Forward Chaining and Dempster-shafer. The result of this research is an intelligent system that applies forward chaining and dempster-shafer methods to diagnose early diseases in toddlers. The test results carried out in this research show an accuracy value of 90% of 10 tests. The results of Blackbox and usability testing conducted also show that the developed system is as expected and feasible to use

Abstract

This community service activity aims to minimize business losses by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, which optimizes inventory ordering to reduce costs based on customer database analysis. The implementation of this program employed the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, consisting of several stages: pre-implementation, education, mentoring, training, and evaluation. The results show a significant reduction in business losses from 40% to 10%. In addition, sales increased from 30% to 60%, and customer growth rose from 33% to 67%. The impact of this program indicates that the partner is now able to reduce business losses, increase sales, expand the customer base, and develop two new banana-based product variants—pisang molen and pisang sale—which contribute to higher business profits.
