Abstract

This study discusses the management of educational financing and its impact on the quality of education. The quality of education is the main goal in educational management, and appropriate financing is a key factor in achieving it. This study used a literature study method to analyze educational financing standards, including investment, personnel, and operational costs. In addition, this study highlights the importance of transparency and accountability in fund management, as well as the role of financing as a driving force for other educational standards. The findings show that good fund management, in accordance with the principles of accountability, can increase the credibility of educational institutions and ultimately have a positive impact on the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital transformation of school management by utilizing Google Sites. The design of this research and development uses the Borg & Gall model which consists of ten steps. However, the researcher will only reach the fifth step, namely the main product trial. The subjects in this study were the principal, teachers, administrative staff, and parents of students at SD Kristen Lentera Ambarawa. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data was validated using source and technique triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques used the Miles and Huberman Model. The products produced were the Google Sites website, model books and user guides. Research results: 1) The use of Google Sites can facilitate access to information for teachers, students, and parents, and strengthen the school's digital documentation system at SD Kristen Lentera Ambarawa. 2) Development of school management by utilizing Google sites with the results of content validity of management of 88.6%, while media validity was 92.5%, meeting the criteria of "very valid" or worthy of being tested. while the average trial of the Google Sites application for teachers, principals, and school stakeholders was 98%, so based on this, the development of digital transformation of school management by utilizing Google Sites at SD Kristen Lentera Ambarawa is in the very good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi diferensiasi yang diterapkan oleh sekolah dasar swasta, khususnya SD Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga, dalam meningkatkan daya saing di tengah dominasi sekolah negeri yang menawarkan pendidikan gratis. Fokus utama analisis adalah pada pemanfaatan keberagaman siswa dan program unggulan sebagai daya tarik utama sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan kepala sekolah dan dianalisis secara tematik berdasarkan teori diferensiasi dan pemasaran pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SD Kristen Satya Wacana telah mengimplementasikan sejumlah strategi pemasaran, antara lain pembentukan panitia BBDB, promosi langsung ke TK dan gereja, pelibatan guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan seni, serta penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana komunikasi dan promosi. Keunikan sekolah terletak pada keberagaman suku, agama, dan budaya siswa, serta eksistensi program ekstrakurikuler yang mendorong siswa berprestasi dalam ajang nasional. Strategi ini dianggap efektif dalam membentuk citra sekolah sebagai lembaga yang inklusif, progresif, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, tantangan dari sekolah negeri tetap signifikan, khususnya terkait biaya dan persepsi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar sekolah memperkuat promosi digital, mengembangkan program beasiswa, serta menyelaraskan program unggulan dengan kebutuhan pasar dan kurikulum internasional. Strategi diferensiasi berbasis nilai dan keberlanjutan menjadi kunci dalam mempertahankan posisi sekolah swasta di era persaingan terbuka.
