Abstract

Based on the results of the pre-research that has been conducted, PT Telkom Regional VII is not actively promoting Cloud Storage products digitally, only maximizing the sales force at Telkom Plaza. Therefore, this study aims to make a promotional video that is uploaded on PT Telkom Regional VII's Instagram using the AIDA method as a Cloud Storage product promotion strategy. The research method used in this study is Descriptive Qualitative. This qualitative descriptive approach uses data collection through structured interviews, questionnaire distribution, observation, and documentation of several related parties that can assist researchers in the research process. The results of this study show that the four AIDA elements used, namely Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action can be variables in measuring Cloud Storage promotion at PT Telkom Regional VII because the four variables have a positive impact in this regard through promotional videos.

Abstract

Abstract

Studi kelayakan bisnis adalah suatu kegiatan yang mempelajari secara mendalam tentang suatu bisnis atau usaha yang akan dijalankan, untuk mengetahui apakah bisnis tersebut layak atau tidak untuk dijalankan. Mempelajari secara mendalam artinya menyelidiki informasi dan data kemudian mengukur, menghitung, dan menganalisis hasil penelitian tersebut menggunakan teknik tertentu. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan pada suatu bisnis dan akan dilakukan dengan penggambaran tertentu, sehingga akan memperoleh hasil yang bagus dan maksimal dari penelitian tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian studi kelayakan bisnis ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis lima aspek studi kelayakan bisnis. Aspek umum dan manajemen bertujuan untuk melihat riwayat perusahaan dan struktur organisasi, aspek pasar bertujuan untuk melihat strategi pemasaran pada Bakso Goreng Baper menggunakan analisis Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threat (SWOT), aspek teknis bertujuan untuk melihat lokasi dan luas peruntukan serta menentukan analisis dampak lingkungan menggunakan analisis Politik, Ekonomi, Sosial dan Teknologi (PEST), aspek keuangan bertujuan untuk melihat laporan keuangan dengan meganalisis proyeksi pendapatan, laba rugi, neraca, serta analisis rasio, dan aspek hokum bertujuan untuk melihat surat izin usaha. Setelah menganalisis dari kelima aspek studi kelayakan bisnis tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha ini layak atau dapat dilanjutkan untuk membuka cabang baru.

Abstract

The development of digital marketing has encouraged business actors to utilize social media as an effective promotional tool, including micro-enterprises such as My Burger. This study aims to analyze how  strategies are used to build brand engagement through the distribution of promotional videos on Instagram. The strategy was designed to capture audience attention, convey information visually, and drive engagement with the brand. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews with five informants who had watched the My Burger promotional video. The data were analyzed based on the three dimensions of brand engagement: cognitive, emotional, and behavioral. The results show that audiences paid attention to the visual elements of the video, understood the promotional message, and became interested in learning more about the product. Emotionally, the video evoked a sense of enjoyment, curiosity, and attraction to the brand. Behaviorally, some informants expressed interest in purchasing, sharing the content, and following My Burger's social media account. These findings indicate that a communicative  strategy aligned with audience preferences can effectively build consumer engagement with the brand. This study recommends that micro-businesses optimize their use of social media by producing authentic, lightweight, and visually appealing content to foster long-term relationships with their audience.

Abstract

Micro, Small Enterprises Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are a crucial foundation for the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to Gross Domestic Product and employment. The Textile and Textile Products (TPT) industry in Indonesia plays a significant role in national economic development. One of the creative industry players in Makassar, Unggul Taman, plans to expand its business products through business diversification into a distribution channel. To ensure success and minimize risk, a business feasibility study was conducted to analyze the feasibility of this diversification. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data were collected through interviews and direct observation of Unggul Taman's owners and customers, while secondary data were obtained from from the study document like report finance And reference related. Analysis carried out on five aspect main that is aspect market And marketing, aspect management, aspect technical and operations, financial aspects and legal aspects. The results of the study show that the distribution business has potential market Which big, especially in circles young, supported by location strategic and product innovation. All aspects analyzed include market aspects, management aspects, technical aspects, aspect finance And aspect law, assessed worthy For support development business. Analysis finance show Net value Present Value (NPV) positive, Internal Rate An Inventory of Return (IRR) above 10% and a Payback Period of 1.5 years indicate a viable investment. The primary recommendation is to continue implementing business diversification according to the established plan. In conclusion, Unggul Taman's product development is feasible based on an in-depth analysis of various aspects. This business feasibility study provides an overview of promising opportunities and profits, and is expected to deliver tangible benefits to the company.
