Abstract

The programming language used in this web development is PHP using the Laravel framework and the RDBMS used is MySQL. The system development model used is the SDLC waterfall model so that the work is gradual and more structured. This research resulted in web-based drug management at the Jambi City Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD being able to solve the problem of recording incoming drugs from Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Submission of LPLPO files by Puskesmas as official proof of drug needs at the Puskesmas, outgoing drugs during drug distribution activities to Puskesmas, data on Pharmaceutical Wholesalers who partner as drug suppliers at the Jambi City. Health Office Pharmaceutical Installation UPTD Warehouse, data on health centers in Jambi City along with officers who will come during distribution and drug data that will be returned to the Pharmaceutical Wholesaler responsible for the product.

Abstract

E-commerce is all activities selling goods and services carried out through electronic media. Shrimp Cracker Shop, is a business that operates in the field of selling typical souvenirs. Currently, sales of goods are still carried out manually, namely by buyers coming directly to the shop or by purchasing by telephone. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research provides an accurate description and explanation of the conditions or symptoms faced. The materials used in this research are data obtained from the results of interviews and later the results of the interviews can find out what needs are needed to build a website. System Design Methods in Designing a The system definitely requires modeling so that the results of the system design that you want to achieve can obtain maximum results. What the author uses is Unified Modeling Langue (UML). Which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. In this research the author uses the Rapid Application Development system development method. The software development method in this research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model system development method. After the design is carried out, the researcher draws conclusions namely the e-commerce design of the Manda Shrimp Cracker Shop was successfully created to help promotion and sales. The results of testing the Blackbox Testing software system were declared successful, and the feasibility test using a Likert scale resulted in a score of 93% (very feasible). Overall, the results were successful and in accordance with what was designed.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, villages are expected to follow technological developments to modernize correspondence services. Village administration services delivered via the internet enable the village government to communicate information quickly and simply to all village officials, the community, village organizations and the community within the village. Apart from that, the community can submit input to the village government through village information services to direct development in a more positive direction. The problem in Serasah Village that often occurs is that the village head and office staff concerned with carrying out services are often not at the village office because they are out of town on business or there are sub-district meetings and currently there are additional activities in the form of training. electrical installation from BLKP Jambi. So many residents experience obstacles because of this, in fact, some residents who live far from the office area often receive less than optimal service. Based on this problem, it is necessary to design an information system at the Serasah Village office which will take the form of a website which has features regarding information regarding news and activity agendas that will be carried out at the Serasah Village Office, features for online letter submission services and checking the status of letter submissions made. by society. The system development method used to develop websites is the waterfall model. After creating the website, the website testing stage was carried out using the black box testing method with successful test results and a feasibility test was carried out using a Likert scale model. The results of the feasibility test were carried out using a questionnaire and data was obtained with an average percentage of 81.6%.

Abstract

Kantor Desa Ujung Pasir Kecamatan Tanah Cogok Kabupaten Kerinci masih menggunakan cara manual dan belum terkomputerisasi, pengolahan data yang berjalan pencatatanya masih menggunakan buku, dan persyaratan dokumen yang dikumpulkan oleh masyarakat dalam pembuatan surat keterangan atau pengantar terkadang kurang lengkap sehingga memakan waktu untuk melengkapi dokumen yang lainnya. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah aktivitas yang memakan waktu dan resiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan data. Oleh sebab itu perlu dibangun sistem yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada aparat desa guna memberikan efesiensi dalam pelayanan masyarakat, dan mempermudah masyarakat dalam pengumpulan persyaratan surat pengantar dan keterangan. Dalam hal ini sistem dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Untuk metode dalam pembuatan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall, sedangkan untuk menggambarkan perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Berdasar kan dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat lunak dapat digunakan untuk menangani proses pengelolan data, pencatatan data dalam pembuatan surat pengantar dan keterangan dan pembuatan laporan. Dengan adanya rancangan ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pelayanan masyarakat di Kantor Desa Ujung Pasir Kecamatan Tanah Cogok Kabupaten Kerinci tersebut. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pengajuan publikasi berbasis web di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Jambi. Proses pengajuan publikasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual sering kali menyebabkan keterlambatan dan ketidakakuratan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem yang lebih efisien dan terstruktur dalam proses pengajuan publikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi pada fungsi IPDS di BPS Provinsi Jambi untuk memahami alur kerja dan kebutuhan sistem. Sistem yang dibangun memungkinkan pengajuan, revisi, dan pengelolaan publikasi secara online, sehingga mempercepat proses revisi dan penerbitan. Selain itu, admin dapat dengan mudah memantau dan memberikan tanggapan atas setiap pengajuan secara langsung melalui sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan publikasi, serta mengurangi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk proses revisi dan penerbitan di BPS Jambi. Kata Kunci: Sistem informasi, Pengajuan Publikasi, Waterfall, CodeIgniter 4 (CI4), MySQL.
