Abstract

This study aims to describe the Munai Serumpun Dance with dance choreography courses in the Performing Arts Education Study Program, PGRI Palembang University. This study uses qualitative methods and observations with various data collection techniques. This work was made to find out the development of the motions of the Munai Serumpun Dance which is based on the Setudung Sedulang dance. The research results show that there are several main issues, including: 1) spatial design, 2) timing and dance accompaniment design, 3) dynamics, 4) dramatic design and 5) group composition.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ASEAN stock indices and macroeconomic factors on the Indonesian Composite Index (IHSG) in Indonesia. With increasing global economic uncertainty, it is important for investors to understand the factors that influence stock market volatility. This study focuses on how the relationship between stock indices in ASEAN countries and macroeconomic variables such as interest rates and exchange rates affect the IHSG. The method used in this study is the GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity) model to analyze monthly time series data from 2019 to 2023. The data used was obtained from Bank Indonesia and the investing.com website. A stationarity test was conducted to ensure that the data used met the analysis requirements, followed by estimation of the GARCH model to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the IHSG. The results show that the PSE, KLSE and STI indices have a positive and significant effect on the IHSG, while the SET index has a positive but insignificant effect on the IHSG, while the exchange rate shows a significant negative effect. These findings suggest that the volatility of the IHSG is strongly influenced by the movement of ASEAN stock indices and exchange rate fluctuations. Based on the results, it is recommended that the government increase bilateral cooperation with ASEAN countries to encourage investment and increase firm value in the market. Investors are also expected to consider external factors in making investment decisions, especially in the midst of global economic uncertainty. In addition, better risk management strategies are needed to deal with high market volatility.

Abstract

The Regional Grant Program is a local government policy aimed at supporting communities, places of worship, religious organizations, and underprivileged students in meeting social, religious, development, and educational needs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Regional Grant Program in Rokan Hulu Regency and identify factors supporting and hindering its implementation. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Informants consisted of program implementers and grant recipients selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, comprising data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the program has been implemented in accordance with Rokan Hulu Regent Regulation Number 36 of 2022 and is supported by communication, resources, implementer disposition, and bureaucratic structures. The program has reached its target groups and provided benefits for students’ educational needs, the construction and renovation of places of worship, and socio-religious activities. However, implementation remains suboptimal due to budget constraints, uneven understanding of the ECBD system, limited administrative capacity among some recipients, time constraints, and bureaucratic complexity. Supporting factors include effective communication, implementer responsiveness, adequate human resources, and clear procedures, while hindering factors include budget limitations, uneven information dissemination, community capacity, and bureaucratic complexity.
