Abstract

Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian kolaboratif antara dosen dan mahasiswa Program studi Ahwal Al-Syakhshiyah terkait penguatan pemahaman keislaman bagi Masyarakat mualaf di kampung kium Desa Mauleum Kecamatan Amanuban Timur Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS). Tujuan dari pengabdian ini ialah memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan Keislaman bagi masyarakat mualaf di kampung Kium terkait nilai-nilai Islam dengan menggunakan musolah Al-Muhajirin Kium sebagai media pengabdian. Adapun metode dari pengabdian ini ialah Participatory Action Research (PAR), Dimana yang menjadi orientasi dari kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap Masyarakat atas permasalahan yang mereka hadapi, dimana mereka sendirilah yang akan menjadi aktor (juru dakwah) dalam melakukan pemberdayaan atau dakwah selanjutnya kepada orang-orang yang ingin masuk Islam sebagaimana yang terjadi pada diri mereka saat ini. hasil yang didapatkan adalah masyarakat mualaf kampung kium dapat memahami dan mempraktekan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan penambahan tingkat pemahaman peserta terhadap wawasan keislaman.

Abstract

Awareness of the importance of creating a sakinah family is the ideal that every married couple hopes for. There are a lot of efforts that must be made by all families to make this happen. The Ministry of Religion, through the Advisory Body for the Development and Preservation of Marriage (BP4) tries to provide an idea regarding efforts to form a sakinah family, namely by providing four main efforts that must be made. One of them is the implementation of the family planning (KB) program. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with interview data collection techniques and documentation. Based on the conclusions in this research, the implementation of family planning in Golojong village, Nangalili Village, South Lembor District, West Manggarai Regency, is largely possible to create a sakinah family. Because they can maintain birth spacing, have an adequate economy, can save money, and married couples understand and love each other and always carry out the obligations commanded by Allah SWT. So that the family is more harmonious, safe, peaceful and peaceful in the family.

Abstract

Community involvement or participation is one form of effort to improve the quality of education, as stated in Law 25 of 2000, which calls for increased family and community participation in the implementation of education. These efforts include the government forming a school committee. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis (1). The subjects of this study included the principal, teachers, school committee members, and parents' representatives. The urgency of implementing the school committee's work at MAN 2 East Flores in supporting the development and improvement of the quality of education has not been running optimally. The school committee should play an active role in formulating and overseeing strategic policies that can strengthen the educational process in madrasas. However, in reality, this role has not been implemented optimally. One aspect that has not been seen strongly is balanced cooperation and communication between the school committee and the madrasah. The involvement and contribution of the school committee as an advisory agency is quite good, especially in three aspects, namely 1) Providing Considerations on School Policies, 2) Recommending Program Preparation, the school committee in its role has also carried out one of several other functions as an advisory agency well and 3) Providing Advice in Fund Management, in the aspect of budget or fund management, the school committee is also committed to continuing to provide input so that in the process of managing the budget or funds until their use must be on target and in accordance with what was agreed upon and of course in its use must support the improvement of the quality of education.
